UPDATE: A much smarter salary cap expert just corrected me. Moussa Cissé's $2.2 million contract for this season is not only guaranteed but too high a figure for Dallas to waive him and re-sign him to a two-way. So Cissé is ONLY two-way eligible this season with other teams.
