I think the media are in danger of turning a perfectly reasonable debate about team selection into a bigger issue than it needs to be. 🤷♂️
We all want the same thing: the best team possible and success for our club.
There’s nothing wrong with fans wanting to see Norton-Cuffy given a chance in his natural position after looking so promising.
That doesn’t mean Coyle isn’t good enough or that fans don’t appreciate what a local lad who gives everything for the shirt brings to the team.
Support for Norton-Cuffy is okay. Support for Coyle is okay. Criticism is part of football; abuse isn’t.
