The most balanced overview I’ve read about the car that took off and landed last night!
O no.
Y no conviene confundir ambas cosas.

This is excellent - it provides some much needed perspective from a genuine fan.
Huge thanks to @bifana_bifana for previewing Sunday's game and speaking so honestly to @thisisanfield from a Man City perspective:

This visit broke my heart.
I visited an elderly man with a free food parcel he had requested. When I arrived, he asked, “Can you talk to me for five minutes, or do you have to go?”
I told him I could stay.
He spoke about his life, grieving his late wife and losing his only child to addiction. I stayed for an hour and listened.
As I left, he said, “Thank you for listening. It’s been a long time since anyone listened to me, Tasha.” I’m sure he meant me. Either way, he went back into his home smiling.
With his permission, I’ve passed his details to a befriending service.
I learnt a long time ago that a food bank is about more than food.
It’s about connection, being heard and being seen.
I hope I made his day.
I know he made mine. #foodbank

An Amazon plane owned by one billionaire crashes into Tesla robotaxis owned by another billionaire while transportation safety regulations are being hollowed out by billionaires.
Peak late-stage capitalism.
🚨 UPDATE: The Amazon 767’s right wing is GONE after it overshot the runway in Miami, coming to rest next to a parking full of Tesla Robotaxis
Miami Airport Fire Rescue SAVED LIVES by preventing the plane from becoming an explosive fireball.
True heroes.
As of now, it’s believed there are six casualties from the incident. MIA remains under a full ground stop.

Grocery stores as a metaphor for capitalism:
- enough food for everybody but excess is thrown away rather than given to the hungry
- illusion of choice yet all the different brands are owned by a few holding companies
- exploitation of the third world to provide cheap inventory
If you want evidence that capitalism is a force for good, just visit a grocery store.

TLDR:
If you steal a 3 dollar sandwich, you get arrested.
But if you steal every bit of art, writing and music on earth, you get declared “too big to fail” and are allowed to write the laws now
At this point, I don’t even care if this is true or not. It’s comedy gold 🤣
🚨 THE LEAK. THE TRUTH. 🚨

The deal was all but signed. Then the phone rang ☎️
Andoni Iraola. Last minute. Straight to Richard Hughes.
He didn’t ask. He didn’t negotiate.
He ROARED: “STOP THE MOVE.” 🆘
This wasn’t business. This was SUICIDAL.
