How can Democrats swear him in knowing that he has open ties to Islamic terrorist organizations?
And where is the GOP? They should refuse to swear him in. Make it a public boycott and have the media report on it. Bring the receipts that show he is tied to Islamic jihadists.

If there are any prosecutions resulting from Democrat investigations, and since that is the stated purpose of these investigations not legislation, defense counsel will want to depose all congressmen and staff involved in investigating them and preparing referrals to determine if due process violations occurred, such as the manufacture of information or spoilage or outright destruction of or withholding of exculpatory evidence, as well as other constitutional rights. In fact, defense counsel should put the committee on notice to preserve all records, notes, emails, texts, etc., including with third parties and attorneys.
The Democrats have repeatedly declared the purpose of their investigations and they cannot now walk it back.
Also, DOJ determines whether to prosecute based on referrals.

Police in California were attempting to serve a search warrant for a narcotics investigation
They were swarmed and surrounded with “hostile” liberals interfering wth the operation because they thought they were ICE officers trying to catch an illegal. They slashed police tires, were physically aggressive with officers and broke into police vehicles
“During the service of that search warrant at that residence for the narcotics, they were approached by a very hostile, agitated crowd. They identified themselves as Fontana police officers, said they were not doing anything with ICE. They kept getting yelled at that they were ICE. They showed proof that they're not. They have Fontana police badges that are specific. They still refused to cooperate and back away.
They started to kind of get physically aggressive with the officers. They feloniously vandalized their vehicles. They slashed their tires. They started to break the vehicles, which crosses that line of peaceful protests to interfering with an investigation.”
This happened in Fontana, California and the Fontana police make it clear they don’t cooperate with ICE
Not a single liberal was arrested for any of the aggression towards office or vandalizing police vehicles
Arrest them all. Why is any law enforcement agency putting up with this. Real Americans want law and order and immigration enforcement

Good news finally on illegal immigration enforcement in New York City as a federal judge ordered Mayor Zohran Mamdani to cooperate with ICE despite his sanctuary policies. The city must now turn over names and birth dates of men in a Bronx homeless shelter so ICE can check who is here illegally and remove those with certain criminal histories. The more that criminal illegal aliens get deported, the more it helps the city’s safety and budget. Mamdani and his constituents should like this, as should the rest of the people in New York who’ve been avoiding the city because of safety concerns and who’ve been annoyed with subsidizing the city at the same time.
This matters because Mamdani has spent years expanding services for people who aren’t supposed to be here. The city has spent billions in recent years on migrant services—peaking above $3 billion in a single fiscal year—and still projects over $1 billion in the current cycle. Every deportation of someone who doesn’t belong reduces the strain on shelters, hospitals, and social services that New Yorkers are already paying for. When the city is forced to cooperate, it stops shielding people who should be removed.
Mamdani tried to shield the male criminal illegal aliens who are in NYC shelters. The court said no. Sanctuary policies don’t override federal immigration law when ICE has a legitimate investigation.
The order requires the city to work with ICE instead of blocking it. That’s a clear win for enforcement over ideology.
This is what enforcement looks like when a judge actually follows the law. ICE isn’t stopping.
