During my Black Friday shopping, I found this 3- subject notebook which I will use to track “What happens in the Virginia General Assembly” starting in January….! One section for the Virginia House, one for the Virginia Senate, and one for new Virginia laws signed by the new governor. Stay tuned Virginia….. elections have consequences!

Incredible news. Zooey Zephyr, my fiancée, was re-elected to the Montana House of Representatives, getting 83% of the vote. Many of you will remember her for standing up for trans people in Montana, and then getting censured and kicked off the House floor. I'm so proud of her.

Gentle reminder that most disabled people can’t leave the US. Countries don’t want to take in disabled, chronically ill & “high cost health users”. There are serious financial barriers to moving - leaving most people behind Spare a thought for them tonight - people are scared.

I do think this setting is what Vance is better at, and what he's not good at is the "common folk" campaigning or speaking in front of Trump-style rallies. Hopefully his BS here will be called out, but those other places are where he'll continue to get in trouble and blunder.

This isn’t Walz’s best format but he’s hanging in there and explaining policy. Vance is very comfortable hanging in there and lying, except when he is fact checked.

When Trump took office, millions of Americans lived in fear of his attempt to kill the Affordable Care Act & torpedo protections for people with pre-existing conditions. I, and many thousands of others, spent months organizing to stop Trump's repeal. Vance's lies are an insult.
