BREAKING: LOL! President Obama brutally MOCKS Trump for melting down over his Cheesecake Factory joke and then goes right for the jugular.
He really is the best to ever do it...
"That was the interesting thing about how the administration responded to the speech I gave the other day. They did not dispute what I said about them being directly responsible for rising prices. They did not argue with that," Obama said at a rally in Georgia for Senator Jon Ossoff.
"They did not deny tariffs were contributing to higher costs for families. They didn't say anything about that. I accused this administration, based on the facts, that they were engaging in unprecedented levels of corruption!" he continued. "They didn't say anything about that."
"The President wasn't even mad about the Saddam Hussein comparison. That part didn't bother him. But he was very upset about the Cheesecake Factory comments," Obama said with a grin. "He took great umbrage. He said, I didn't understand the work of the artisans in the White House."
"And they mobilized, this was, I mean, it's all crazy, but this was the really crazy part. They mobilized a whole-of-government response to that joke. Not to inflation, but to that joke!" he went on.
"The White House even called the Secretary of the Treasury. This is the man who is in charge of the economy," Obama continued. "The person who's supposed to be figuring out how to make your life more affordable. The guy who's supposed to be figuring out how to lower inflation and reduce interest rates. They told him he should hold a press conference in front of the Cheesecake Factory."
"No, y'all didn't see this? This really happened!" said an incredulous Obama. "And the Treasury Secretary, he happens to be a former hedge fund manager worth half a billion dollars, and he was out there in front of the Cheesecake Factory, explaining how he ordered the delicious French dip cheeseburger instead of the egg rolls."
"Now, look, this is not something I ever thought of," he added. "Like, I inherited this major financial crisis. I never called my Treasury Secretary, Tim Geithner, said, man, you got to go to Arby's. Order roast beef."
Trump's deranged response to the original joke has served as a potent reminder of just how little he actually cares about the American people. We are suffering from the economic fallout from his tariffs and failed Iran War, gas prices are spiraling out of control, and rather than address these multiplying crises, Trump would rather attack Obama and whine about a harmless joke.
"This is what I mean when I say these are not serious people," added Obama. "They don't have solutions to actual problems, so they'd rather have the media and you talking about the Cheesecake Factory. That's the game they've been playing for the last two years. Just keep throwing distractions out there, attacks, fabrications, phony outrage, and hope that you won't notice that your bills are higher and your life is tougher."
"Except that okie-doke will not work this time, Atlanta," said the former President. "Because you know your prices are still up. Because you pay your utility bills, you've seen what those are like. You know it's still hard to pay rent and pay for child care and pay for health insurance.
"And you know we need serious people who are listening to your concerns, who see you and care about you and have real plans to make your life better. People like Jon Ossoff, people like Keisha Lance Bottoms!" roared Obama.
Please ❤️ and share if you can't wait to see Trump melt down over these new remarks!

OK, have a good show, Mark. But maybe be just a bit more balanced in the future in terms of how you refer to CNN. They're still the fairest of the three major cable news nets. Despite Trump ripping on them every chance he gets. Perhaps call him out at least once.

I’ve been getting many calls on the new CTE study released yesterday.
Here are the numbers.
Between 2016 and 2021, a total of 878 former NFL players died. Of those, 235 donated their brains to research. From the group of 235, 215 players brains had CTE.
This is a crisis.

Eight of Ken Paxton’s own top aides turned him in to the FBI. He fired four of them. Texas taxpayers paid $6.6 million for it.
Now he wants a promotion to the Senate.
Even the Bushes said no thanks.

Theres confusion why hitting a 35-year record for measles is a bad thing. To be clear, 2,318 cases means:
-545 hospitalized
-12,300 school days missed
-Lose immunity to other viruses
-2 kids w permanent hearing loss
-1 kid will die in 10 years from brain disease
-$204m costs

What a world we are living in. Where our federal government is actively manipulating data because they rather do this than admit the U.S. is going in the wrong direction with vaccine preventable diseases.

Excellent from @dr_kkjetelina today. This line: “Medicine is a social science, and politics is nothing but medicine at a large scale.”
People want government services, but do not want to pay for them.
People want AI, just not bad AI, only good AI, super fast, always right, but they don’t want the data centers that empower AI.
And they certainly don’t want the data centers near their houses and neighborhoods.

My new favorite X/Twitter:
“Don’t trust this poll from a firm that has an A rating and has been doing it for decades. Trust this modeling data from this anonymous acct or business that no one’s ever heard of (or knows anything about and doesn’t publish its methodology) instead.”

Former Texas @Rangers Tom Grieve and Mark McLemore were among co-hosts for a @GinaHinojosaTX fundraiser along with former Rangers executive Ambassador Tom Schieffer Tuesday in Fort Worth.
Thinking about Swalwell. I do not remember any Democrats coming to his defense. Contrast that with the accusations against Trump, including the civil judgement against him, and still the Republicans are utterly loyal to him.
The two Parties are not the same.
Have you voted?
Texas has three more days of early voting.
Try to vote Wednesday or Thursday. The lines will likely be long on Friday.
VOTE!
