Lemme pick that up for him: Yes, yes it is. A vote for Rogers is a vote for the Trump agenda.

Venues are *pulling out* of hosting Vivek Ramaswamy for his final bus tour across Ohio.
“We’re getting calls that people don’t want him there,” a top Ohio Republican says. “It’s that damn ad.”

WELKER: I know that President Trump is going to be out in Michigan campaigning with you. Is a vote for you a vote for the Trump agenda?
MIKE ROGERS: Um, I'm apologizing. I'm having some difficultly in my earpiece. But is a vote for you? I'm not sure. I-
(That's a yes)

jake tapper trying to figure out in real time how to make israelis the good guys in a story where palestinian men protected a jewish woman from being assaulted by israeli settler terrorists
“It was like this biblical battle where the Palestinian men … went in front of me to protect … me and my rescuers from being attacked again,” Washington Post photojournalist Heidi Levine told Jake Tapper.
Levine was kicked, beaten with clubs and robbed by Israeli settlers while covering Friday’s olive harvest in the occupied West Bank, leaving her with multiple broken bones. Speaking after leaving the hospital, she said Israeli soldiers charged Palestinian farmers as settlers advanced alongside them. She said that unlike her, Palestinian victims endure these attacks daily, with absolutely nowhere safe to go.
Because the US’s goal is to cripple the UN and she’s a suitable instrument for doing that.
I understand why @Lana_Nusseibeh is seeking to be UN secretary-general. Ambition. I don't understand why the US or other countries would support her given her role in underwriting mass murder and mass rape in Sudan, in a campaign Trump and Biden both defined as genocide.

Judge Napolitano @Judgenap: “If I were in Michigan, I would vote for Abdul el Sayed @AbdulElSayed and I would encourage everyone in Michigan to do the same. Mike Rogers @MikeRogersForMI is a war-loving, spy-loving, constitution-hating two-bit thug, who has no right to be in the government.”

Israeli soldiers just abducted three boys in Turmus’ayya, including a 13-year-old Palestinian American.
Democrats need to be ready to use every tool at their disposal, including shutting the government down, to stop this madness.

I’m sorry but the idea that some fake polls bouncing around social media somehow magically accomplished what tens of millions of dollars in ad buys could not is some of the most hilarious cope I’ve ever seen.
Wedgewood polling caused Democrats to end up with the least electable of the three candidates running in the primary in Michigan, and it has cost our party tens of millions of dollars to try to protect what should be a safe blue seat. We need to know who was behind this poll, who was getting paid, and what the mission was overall.

Today, Brad Lander, rabbis, and other New Yorkers accompanied Palestinian farmers during the olive harvest. For that, they were detained by the Israeli government.
Harvesting olives is not illegal. The occupation is.
I am thankful that Brad has been released. But other New Yorkers remain detained, and they must be released immediately.
The same Israeli government detaining them has committed a horrific genocide against Palestinians, killing more than 74,000 people over the last few years alone.
The detention of these New Yorkers must end. The occupation must end. The genocide must end.
Brett, are you ever going to agree to sit for an interview with a reporter who will challenge your version of events, or is it just going to be friendly talks with various pieces of Washington furniture?
I knew former ICC prosecutor Karim Khan from his work investigating ISIS crimes against the Yazidis.
On May 19, 2024, I helped secure the access he sought in Israel. Israel agreed. The next day, he announced his application for warrants.
Here’s the story. From my conversation with @IgnatiusPost on BRINK at @AtlanticCouncil.
Jason Alexander says he feared visiting Palestine as a Jew until 10 Palestinians protected him during an Israeli army raid in Ramallah
“How much of a risk would I be taking as an American Jew walking into Palestinian cities? And Mohammed said, ‘The greatest dishonor that could happen to a religious Muslim is to allow harm to come to an invited guest’”
“And he said, ‘Jason, if they had to, they’ll take a bullet for you.’ And what was so interesting about that trip is, we were having lunch in Ramallah with a bunch of actors and artists at a sort of outdoor restaurant”
“And the Israeli army was conducting a raid on a bank that they thought had terrorist ties a couple blocks away. And they must have, to announce themselves, just shot into the air. And I remember 10 of those guys at the table surrounding me. And I went, ‘Oh my God, he wasn’t kidding. They’re not going to let me get hurt’”

This case isn’t only about whether I get to stay in this country. It’s about whether anyone here can speak their mind without being punished for it.

As @AbdulElSayed points out here, it’s the media obsessing over Israel and asking him about Israel in every single interview, he wants to actually talk about the price of gas and groceries.
Obviously @MikeRogersForMI does not want to talk about that and the media is helping him.
Michigan senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed (@AbdulElSayed) is noticing a disconnect between the questions voters are asking and the media's fixations. New pod tomorrow!

Abdul El Sayed is the only Senate candidate in Michigan who wants to make sure your hard-earned tax dollars go towards building hospitals and schools at home instead of helping Trump and Israel bomb schools and hospitals abroad.
Early voting begins on October 24th.

Today, I asked the Supreme Court to affirm that federal courts have the power to hear my case.
The government knows all too well that its baseless allegations and smears against me cannot survive the slightest scrutiny in federal court. That’s why it is doing everything it can to keep those courts from looking at my case and to channel it into its kangaroo immigration courts.
So the question is simple: can the government weaponize immigration laws to punish someone's speech, then tell federal courts they have no power to step in?
If the answer is yes, none of our speech is safe. If the Trump administration can punish someone for pro-Palestine speech, this or any future administration can punish anyone for any speech.
