Finding co-founders is daunting. I'll be honest, I was ready to give up my co-founder search. Then I met @RaveneauBey.
My advice, be vulnerable and authentic. It's scary, but you and your company will be better off for it at the end of the day.

3. Date a lot!! Yes, I treated it like dating. The first person might not be a fit but you learn about what you want and what you need to make it work. @toddschmidt was open and authentic. It took me a few “dates” to realize I valued that more than some other things.
