Moderation is a trick diet promoters often play to distract us from the very hard work of developing new habits. Until the new diet is equally convenient, familiar, and enjoyable you don’t have much of a choice. Without new habits, rare and appropriate is a trap not a treat.

Thank you and yes, I’ve been following it for years. Mild cold stress has been used effectively to mitigate/minimize depressive episodes. It’s fascinating. Perhaps SAD is an expected seasonal response - genetics being outpaced by social norms of productivity #WinterNeverComes

Had a great weekend on our inaugural launch of the @GoZeroG & @flybladenow flight package. It’s been a long time since I did any lunar gravity fluid physics demos. Fluids don’t act as expected. @TheRealBuzz saw this pouring wine for communion at the moon’s Sea of Tranquility.
