What a heartbreaking segment. The Department of Health needs to do better at teaching people about #insulinresistance in this country. Cognitive decline has a lot to do with it. Those Gogos had many visible symptoms of insulin resistance. ๐ข๐ข๐๐

I use the @TheCourierGuy_ to fulfill my health clients orders countrywide. The service is excellent, convenient & reliable.
This week I discovered that you may not always find all the locker locations countrywide - it all depends on the search engine you use to log into your account. ๐ณ๐คญ For example, Jackal Greek Golf Estate, JHB shows up on Explorer but not on Chrome. The opposite is true for BP Malibu CPT.

A month ago on this date, 5 September, #KananeloBoloetse โ a journalist and human rights defender โ was abducted from his home in #Maseru, #Lesothoโs capital, interrogated about his journalism and human rights work, assaulted and threatened with death.

I have watched this clip several times.
Admittedly, I have no further insights about this presser.
What I will say though is this; I wish a comms expert could have been engaged to guide the police chief. That phrase "rea 'matla," ea tลกosa. That Kananelo this, Kananelo that, is weird. What happened to "ntate/monghali Boloetse?"
I did not feel like 'empathy' for the victim came through convincingly. Neither did sufficient outrage at such a horrifying occurence.
