In the past 24 hours I’ve seen several relatives posting that individuals in their families ended their lives.
If you feel that you’d like to end yours, call 988 or 911.
But here’s my message: life seems heavy right now but there is a lot of HOPE!!!!!!
Don’t give up. ❤️
I hate that this is true. They're just melanated. 😕 – at Galveston, TX

Black leftist are worse than white liberals. Black leftist are full of animosity towards black people who embrace American ideals and conservative principles. Black leftist spend their days hating white people and those who identify as conservative in the black community.

As an Iranian who has been closely following US politics from the outside over the past two years, let me tell you what was the reason behind the midterm election results in my opinion.
Many were blaming the Iran war.
The war in Iran was essentially a proxy war whose battlefield happened to be in Iran, but behind the scenes, a complex network of global powers was involved. China, Russia, Arab nations, the Democrats, and most importantly, the UK and European liberals were the lifelines and supporters of this regime, they had no intention of ever letting the Islamic regime in Iran go. The Islamic regime functioned as their tool, their financial cash cow, and their asset in the region, to entangle the US in the region and weaken it.
Trump confronted and stood against this entire network. He knew the regime was holding the Strait of Hormuz hostage, but he had the courage to step up, take the risk, and push forward. In response, they had no tools left except the narrative war.
A big sophisticated network started warmongering rhetoric and propaganda. Beyond the mainstream media, they even recruited right-wing podcasters like @TuckerCarlson , who suddenly flipped their positions and began spreading false narratives.
One of their primary tactics was stoking antisemitism and exploiting societal sensitivities, repeating lies until they were accepted as absolute fact. They kept claiming this was Israel’s war, which it simply wasn’t. I grew up in Iran and was forced to chant "Death to America" every morning at school, but I never once said "Death to Israel." This regime was obsessed with US, you are just so lucky you got Israeli intelligence in keeping you updated on the threat. Without Israel, you may had learned about it after a nuclear 9/11. This was America’s war, a fight against a system that was being weaponized to undermine the United States.
As for the necessity of this conflict, Trump had known for years (dating back to his first term) what needed to be done with this regime. Why this timing? Because the people of Iran rose up in January 2026. If you had paid attention, the military buildup started immediately afterward because any meaningful action had to tap into the energy and courage of the Iranian people.
No one in the media tells you that the Islamic regime massacred 75,000 people in Iran, and suddenly that horrific atrocity became a non-issue, completely brushed aside by those who are obsessed with Gaza.
The fearmongers constantly tried to claim that this is just another "forever war," when in reality, Trump was actively preventing a repeat of the Iraq and Afghanistan disasters. What happened back then was a sudden, uncalculated collapse with no plan for the aftermath, plunging those countries into chaos and trapping America in a quagmire. But this time, Trump was handling it in a very controlled manner, applying limited, gradual pressure to steadily weaken the regime so the people could take their country back themselves, without needing any American boots on the ground.
They knew full well that there were no boots on the ground in Iran and that their claims were baseless, yet they intentionally made mountains out of molehills to distort public opinion and hence bail out the regime.
But it changes nothing for @realDonaldTrump , he finishes what he starts, and this will become his lasting legacy. Sadly, by making these choices, Americans have deprived themselves of domestic progress Trump could have offered, and even worse, let the enemy within inside the Senate and the House.
I truly hope this serves as a wake-up call so that by 2028, these lies won’t work on you anymore.
Trump Derangement Syndrome wins the midterms.😟💜 – at Galveston, TX
It's embarrassing watching Americans who think they won but have just broken their government to spite one man. Shallow thinking at its finest.
What these midterms simply mean is that the people who hate borders are back in Washington. The people who sympathize with terrorists and jihadists are back.
Every anti-American who wishes death on America is having a wild celebration today.
This is not a Donald Trump loss; it is a catastrophic loss for the USA.
Uninformed people are a crazy, shallow-minded bunch. Trump Derangement Syndrome is so clear.
They are celebrating, but none of them can actually comprehend what Trump wanted to achieve for the USA.
It is understandable for Islamists and foreign enemies who hate America to cheer this on, but it is pure foolishness for Americans. Trump is the lifeline of the USA.
Trump remains President, but he is walking into a complete trap with a hostile Congress. He cannot pass a single law or bill because the opposition will block everything out of pure spite.
His hands are tied on appointing judges and cabinet officials because the Senate will block his picks, and he won't be able to close big foreign trade deals or secure funding because he needs their approval for everything.
An electorate voted to paralyze its own country just to stick it to one guy. Peak emotional instability.

I shared a post last week on the early church fathers aligning with LDS belief of exaltation.
As I have been reading “The Missing Ministry of The Risen Christ” my mind was blown at how Christian we truly are.
Joseph Smith is more Christian than any of his critics.
I now more than ever understand and agree with the distinction of Biblical Christian vs Creedal Christian and we are definitely the former.
In case you don’t believe the doctrine that we can become like God let me list some of the scriptures that teach it and the early church fathers who believed it.
Romans 8:17 says we're joint-heirs with Christ.
1 John 3:2 says we shall be like Him.
2 Peter 1:4 says we can partake of the divine nature.
Revelation 3:21 says Christ will grant the faithful to sit with Him on His throne.
(Thank you Lego for this great list)
1. Justin Martyr
c. 100–165 AD
“Men were made like God” and men are “deemed worthy of becoming gods and of having power to become sons of the highest.”
2. Tertullian
c. 160–220 AD
“We shall be even gods, if we shall deserve to be.”
3. Theophilus of Antioch
c. 120–190 AD
“If man should incline to the things of immortality, keeping the commandment of God, he should receive as reward from Him immortality, and should become God.”
4. Irenaeus of Lyons
c. 130–200 AD
“He became what we are, that He might make us what He Himself is.”
The page also quotes him asking:
“Do we cast blame on him [God] because we were not made gods from the beginning, but were at first created merely as men, and then later as gods?”
5. Clement of Alexandria
c. 150–215 AD
“The Word of God became a man so that you might learn from a man how to become a god.”
Two additional quotations on the page:
“If one knows himself, he will know God, and knowing God will become like God … and that man becomes a god, since God wills it.”
“He who listens to the Lord, and follows the prophecy given by Him, will be formed perfectly in the likeness of the teacher made a god going about in flesh.”
6. Hippolytus of Rome
c. 170–235 AD
“And you shall be a companion of the Deity, and a co-heir with Christ, no longer enslaved by lusts or passions, and never again wasted by disease. For you have become God.”
“If, therefore, man has become immortal, he will also be God. And if he is made God by water and the Holy Spirit after the regeneration of the laver he is found to be also joint-heir with Christ after the resurrection from the dead.”
7. Origen Adamantius
c. 182–254 AD
“The human, by communion with the divine, might rise to be divine.”
The page also quotes him:
“It was by the offices of the first-born that they became gods, for He drew from God in generous measure that they should be made gods, and He communicated it to them according to His own bounty.”
8. Athanasius of Alexandria
c. 296–373 AD
“The Word was made flesh in order that we might be made gods … just as the Lord, putting on the body, became a man, so also we men are both deified through his flesh, and henceforth inherit everlasting life.”
The page also quotes:
“Men are deified by the Word.”
And:
“[Christ] was God, and then became man, and that he might deify us.”
9. Gregory of Nazianzus
c. 320–390 AD
“Let us become gods for (God’s) sake, since (God) became man for our sake.”
Another quotation on the following page reads:
“Man and God blended. They became a single whole, the stronger side predominating, in order that I might be made God to the same extent that he was made man.”
The preceding page also attributes this statement to Gregory:
“[Christ] continues to wear the Body which He assumed, until He make me God.”
10. Cyprian of Carthage
c. 200–258 AD
“What man is, Christ was willing to be, that man may be what Christ is.”

"But make no mistake about it, brothers and sisters; in the months and years ahead, events will require of each member that he or she decide whether or not he or she will follow the First Presidency.
Members will find it more difficult to halt longer between two opinions (see 1 Kings 18:21).
President Marion G. Romney said, many years ago, that he had “NEVER hesitated to follow the counsel of the Authorities of the Church even though it crossed my social, professional, or political life” (CR, April 1941, p. 123).
This is a hard doctrine, but it is a particularly vital doctrine in a society which is becoming more wicked.
In short, brothers and sisters, not being ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ includes not being ashamed of the prophets of Jesus Christ.

A lot of folks don’t mind Christians giving 10% to God, until Latter‑day Saints do it. The problem isn’t tithing. It’s that the Church didn’t just collect it; it stewarded it wisely. Accountability suddenly feels threatening when the results speak for themselves.

"Mormons aren't Christian, they worship a different Jesus."
Let's check.
Our Jesus was born of Mary in Bethlehem.
He healed the sick, raised the dead, and forgave sins.
He bled in Gethsemane and died on the cross at Calvary.
He rose the third day with a glorified, resurrected body.
He is the Son of God and the only way to the Father.
That's the Jesus of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Which part is different?
The church's name is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Disagreeing about the creeds doesn't make it a different Jesus.
