We must ask whether @UKHSA officials have recently read the NHS Constitution which binds them, as with the rest of @NHSEngland @DHSCgovuk to follow human rights law such as the Equality Act. They appear to have no concept of duty to the vulnerable INDIVIDUAL - yet this is law
