Yesterday, I organized a congressional delegation tour of the LA County Ballot Processing Center.
Here’s what we learned throughout our visit:
I’m heartbroken by the tragic loss of Tech. Sgt. Ian Patterson, who served our country for 15 years.
We need answers from @SecWar, on the safety and necessity of these optional demonstrations — because losing a member of our military under any circumstances is unacceptable.
My deepest condolences go out to Sgt. Patterson’s family, friends, and the entire 57th Wing.
