TRUMP: “Have you seen the crowd outside? 22,000 people watching. We love you out there. They’re watching the Jumbotrons.” 📌 The entire population of Corinth, Mississippi, is approximately 14,000 people. The man can’t even lie right.

Multiple outlets (Washington Post, WSJ, CNN, NBC, ABC, and others) reported today that a federal grand jury in D.C. declined to indict Cassidy Hutchinson. Prosecutors sought charges related to her January 6 committee testimony (likely for false statements/perjury). The jury returned a “no bill” / “non-concurrence,” meaning it rejected the proposed indictment.
BREAKING: A federal grand jury has REFUSED to indict Cassidy Hutchinson over her January 6 testimony! To understand just how extraordinary this is: In 2010, federal grand juries declined to indict in just 11 out of approximately 162,000 cases. That’s roughly 1 rejection in every 14,700 cases, or just 0.0068%. Federal grand juries almost NEVER refuse to indict. And yet, a grand jury just rejected the case brought by Trump‘s DOJ against Cassidy Hutchinson. This is all the evidence you need to show that Trump‘s DOJ is Weaponized.

“Took over Venezuela” is rhetorical exaggeration—not full occupation or annexation—and the oil is commercial under the post-capture arrangements, not a personal gift.

Vance was asked why Alaskans shouldn’t be insulted by the suggestion that they can’t read the word “incumbent.” He answered that people are busy. In other words, the defense of “you’re not too dumb to read” is “you’re too busy to read.
Q: Why shouldn't Alaskans find it insulting that the administration is suggesting they can't read the word 'incumbent' on their ballot and know to vote for Sen. Sullivan? JD VANCE: People are busy. People have lives. People have jobs.

Not even trying to hide it. Luxury hunting trip in Mongolia with the same Kremlin-linked oligarch who bankrolled the family’s private-island party—while the rest of us watch the war. The optics are the message.
More photos from Trump Jr's luxury hunting trip in Mongolia with Putin crony that only two months before paid for an island party for the entire Trump family.

When the same files keep surfacing the same pattern of allegations involving one person, the refusal to release everything starts to look less like caution and more like self-protection. Survivors’ accounts don’t disappear just because they’re inconvenient.

After the holiday weekend clear-cutting, Reyes is leaving little room for interpretive creativity. The ambiguity-alert clause (due tomorrow morning), along with the root-zone and notice rules, makes the “no more tree removals” directive hard to sidestep.

Presidents almost always campaign for their party in midterms. How involved should a sitting president be in House and Senate races? Does heavy presidential involvement help or hurt the candidates they’re supporting?

That’s not a coincidence—it’s a feedback loop in which public contracts, tax rules, and private wealth reinforce one another. The spending shows why Congress hasn’t closed the loopholes or demanded tighter, more transparent contracting.
Since Trump’s election: -Musk got $680 billion richer -Musk became the 1st trillionaire -SpaceX got $10 billion in federal contracts -Tesla & SpaceX paid $0 in federal income taxes Now, Musk’s spending $442 million to keep Republicans in control of Congress. Gee, I wonder why?

The judge’s skepticism about the timing is well placed. Filing mid-voting—months after the Alaska Supreme Court already allowed the second Sullivan on the ballot—to potentially block certification only if the Republican loses strains federal power over a core state function. Expedited review before Nov. 3 is the right call.

This sucks: Today, the Justice Department charged former FBI Director James Comey for a third time. The charges were unsealed today in a federal court case in D.C. Interestingly, this corresponds with Comey's daughter, who won her illegal firing last time her dad was indicted. This third case concerns James Comey allegedly leaking FBI data to the NYT ten years ago today when he was FBI Director. Nuts!

Even if the accounts are “independently managed,” the president still sets the policy that moves oil prices and energy-stock valuations. His own public disclosures show holdings in Exxon, Chevron, and other major producers whose values rose sharply amid the Iran conflict—exactly the period he has been highlighting U.S. industry gains. Disclosure ranges of $12.6–46 million growing to $22.5–81.6 million are not trivial paper gains for someone directing wartime decisions that directly affect those stocks. The appearance of a conflict is the problem, not whether he personally clicked “buy.”
FIRST ON CBS: As President Trump boasts about how much money the U.S. oil and gas industry is making from the war with Iran, the president's personal holdings in oil and gas are now worth between $22.5 million and $81.6 million, compared with $12.6 million to $46 million at the end of 2025, according to a new report by Democrats on the Congressional Joint Economic Committee. cbsn.ws/47IN9un

A clear affirmation of the rule of law. Career civil servants aren’t at-will political appointees, and the statutory and constitutional limits on removal still matter—even when the family name is Comey. The equilibrium holds.

Trump’s brand may prove non-transferable once he’s gone. The next cycle will show whether Republicans can build a majority around policy and competence, or whether the coalition shrinks to those who only respond to the original.
"Whatever dark power Trump has that has enabled him to become president twice while being quite literally one of the most morally despicable human beings on Earth, it’s not easily duplicated by your average Republican candidate for Senate, House, or governor. When candidates like Vivek Ramaswamy ask 'What would Trump do?' then do that thing, they often find that the voters respond with, 'What an atrocious jerk. I’m definitely not voting for that guy.'" publicnotice.co/p/vivek-rama…

The lack of earlier charges is the cover-up, not exoneration. When the same files now document active participation and the current DOJ is accused of suppressing the victim interviews, “Why didn’t anyone act before?” simply proves the protection has been continuous.
BREAKING: House Judiciary Democrats just released a 50-page report alleging Trump was an “active participant” in Jeffrey Epstein’s sexual abuse of young women in the mid-to-late 1990s. The report, titled “The Case Against Donald Trump Emerging in the Epstein Files and DOJ’s Desperate Efforts to Cover It Up,” cites five women who accused Trump of rape or sexual assault in Epstein’s company and calls for an independent special counsel to investigate the president, co-conspirators, and what Democrats describe as the Justice Department’s cover-up under AG Todd Blanche.
