I went from $0 → $140k MRR in 1.5 years 📈
While I had:
- 3 kids
- pregnant wife
Ask me anything.
If you're not A/B testing your website, quit your business right now. You're a dumbass with a hobby.
It takes 5 minutes to set up today. Claude + Mixpanel or PostHog, and your first test is live before lunch.
Do it properly and every week you'll find a winner that converts 5% to 20% better than what you had.
So why isn't everyone doing it?
Because most founders don't pay for their traffic. If you're not spending real money on ads, you don't care what a visitor does. Your conversion rate is a number you never look at.
When every visitor costs you money, it's the number that decides if you live or die.
Here's our loop:
1. Claude comes up with new ideas for the page
2. It runs them against the current page (scared of losing sales? send only 30% of your traffic to the test)
3. It picks the winners and kills the losers
4. Repeat. Every week.
We A/B test every single page and every part of our flow, end to end. Every one of our companies has its own AI agent running this loop nonstop. It's a big part of why we're on track for $650K this month.
And what you learn is insane. Some of the ideas we found are so effective I won't share them here. Nobody would guess them. You only find them by testing.
Sometimes one test wins on the first try. Sometimes you run five and all of them fail. You never know which one will work, same as with ad creatives.
So you keep testing. Some weeks dip, then a winner pushes everything way up 👇
Claude is our marketing team.
It runs the entire marketing for our companies doing $550K+ a month.
One of them went from $0 to $200K in just 2 months.
Here's exactly how it works 👇

🧵 How we actually run the playbook: Claude manages everything, A to Z
Every step runs through Claude Code: about 80 sessions on one AWS VM, one per job (tracking, ads, A/B tests, SEO, support). The main ones each have one goal, a number and a date, and push toward it every run.
Claude writes the tracking code, makes the ads, builds the campaigns, reads the numbers and pauses the losers. I approve anything that launches or spends money.
Here's each step 👇
Most founders will read this and still burn their money.
The 7 rules behind $0 to $180K in 60 days, about 95% of it from Meta ads:
1. $100 a day per campaign
2. One angle per campaign, so you know what sold
3. No sale by about $250, the ad is off
4. Never edit a winner
5. Before you kill a losing campaign, read it ad by ad and keep the one ad that sells
6. AI makes the ads and runs the A/B tests
7. Test hundreds, because most of them lose
The first $100K took 46 days. The second took 16.
Ask me about any of them, I'm in the replies.
🤖 Step 3: Making the ads with AI
Claude writes the scripts and makes the videos with AI video and voice models. What we learned the hard way:
• The hook gets 3 seconds and at most 12 syllables, or the voice rushes it
• Write the action as full sentences. Video models read stage directions out loud
• Transcribe every finished video back to text and check it against the script. In one batch, every defect was in the audio
• Check every new concept against the ads already running. One of ours passed every review and still duplicated a live ad with 15,000 impressions
🔁 Step 4: The loop
One concept, 10 to 20 versions, $100 a day per campaign. Any ad with no sale by about $250 goes off. Before a campaign dies, Claude reads it ad by ad and keeps the one ad that sells. Then it makes 10 more versions of the winner.
Every mistake becomes a one-line rule that every session loads, so it never happens twice. We're past 400 rules.
I pick the stories. Claude does the rest.
Everyone thinks I hate organic growth.
We make MILLIONS every year from it. Here's one site I'm ranking right now.
What I hate is LARPing. Most of you "entrepreneurs" do free shit all day, circle jerking each other on X with your broke buddies.
Paid or organic, I don't care. Are you here to WIN the business game before AI kills all of us? Or will you keep playing your tiny, whiny game, celebrating your first $20 sale (after 100 hours of work) and your 500th follower?
Soft. No willpower, no courage, no business skills. Grow up and act like real men, not like whatever creator of the day you wank off to (@levelsio, @marclou).
I'll send $100 today to whoever roasts me the hardest (please buy paid ads with it). Go.
"Building in public" is the biggest scam on X.
Nobody in their right mind builds in public. It's an excuse for founders who don't want to spend money on ads, so they "grow" organically.
It reeks of desperation. The only people cheering you on are other "public builders", all jerking each other off (but everyone's broke, so nobody's buying anything).
There's not a single successful entrepreneur who builds in public. Unless they make money off the people following them.
My companies make more than $550K / month. You will NEVER see a "day 47" update from me.
Ask me anything about anything. I'm answering replies for the next 2 hours.
Followers are the most overrated number on X.
@marclou has 70x more followers than me and is arguably the most successful indie hacker here. I still make 5x more than him, and the gap is growing.
Maybe 0.1% of our customers come from X. If your plan is "grow an audience first, sell later", you picked the slowest way to make money on the internet.
One of our companies was almost flat for its first 2 years. Then it made $5.37M.
Most people quit right before the curve.
Organic growth is a scam.
So is "build in public", "post every day", "grow your personal brand" and every course selling it to you.
It's for people too scared to spend $100 on paid ads and find out nobody wants their product.
You're burning a year of your life to avoid one ugly week of real numbers.
$100 of Meta ads beats a year of content BY FAR.
Our brand new company went from $0 to $180K in 60 days, almost all from paid ads, and was profitable from day one.
This is a brand new company we launched 2 months ago.
The first $100K took 46 days. The second $100K took 16.
The playbook: small $100-a-day campaigns, one angle each. Any ad with no sale after about $250 goes off, and winners never get edited.
