My favorite memory in honor of the USNavy Birthday today. It was a Navy Family Day at Whidbey Island NAS and they let the Moms stand next to the runway as our sons flew behind us for a quick pic! My heart was ready to explode with pride! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Saudi, Turkish and Pakistani Security Chiefs to Meet Iran in Tehran on MONDAY
Reuters reports that senior officials from the Mecca Pact will hold high-level talks with Iran.
🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia: Defence Minister Khalid bin Salman.
🇵🇰 Pakistan: Army Chief Asim Munir.
🇹🇷 Turkey: Intelligence Chief, İbrahim Kalın
The meeting follows Iran's offer to BROKER PEACE between Saudi Arabia and Yemen's Houthis, potentially signaling progress toward ENDING the fighting.
This meeting could be a step toward peace. It appears Iran is the only one who can bring Yemen to the table.

Someone just put the "quake" in Quaker Oats.
Massive explosion at their Cedar Rapids production facility. 2 million pounds of oats per day now offline.
Just as the world's refineries are being bombed or sabotaged.
See the pattern yet?
🚨 BREAKING... The WORLD'S LARGEST cereal mill just EXPLODED in Iowa...
The Quaker Oats plant in downtown Cedar Rapids was rocked by an explosion Saturday afternoon... followed by a fire with heavy black smoke and flames pouring out of the north side of the building.
Calls came in at 4:44 PM. Firefighters found evidence of an explosion when they got there.
Every available Cedar Rapids crew was sent... with backup from Marion, Hiawatha and Linn County.
People nearby said they HEARD and FELT the blast. Traffic backed up on I-380.
This plant processes over 2 MILLION pounds of oats EVERY DAY...
Its a critical plant for farmers to offload their oat harvests in the USA & Canada.
All workers are accounted for and no injuries were reported. But the cause is still under investigation, and nobody knows yet how much damage was done or what this means for production

“Does the CIA listen through our phones and laptop cameras?”
Former CIA agent John Kiriakou says “Yes. I hate to say it.”
There was a dramatic leak in 2017 that the CIA came to call the Vault 7 disclosures, gigabytes worth of documents leaked by a CIA technology engineer.
What he told us was that the CIA can intercept anything from anyone.
Number one. Number two, they can remotely take control of your car through the car’s embedded computer to do what? To make you drive off a bridge into a tree, to make you kill yourself and make it look like an accident.
They can take over your smart television and turn the speaker into a microphone so that they can listen to what’s being said in the room even when the TV is turned off. God knows what else that they can do that hasn’t been leaked.”
Scary stuff.

FUEL EMERGENCY ALERT: As a direct result of the Iran war, 7 U.S. states including West Virginia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Texas, Alabama, Arkansas, and Nebraska, along with the Federal Government have now declared fuel emergencies.
Trump’s executive order and EPA waivers do not appear to be working as the fuel shortage crisis continues to escalate.
This is not good.

NOW: Haaretz, citing White House sources, states that the United States is shifting in favor of a preemptive strike on Iran.
The reason? Because Hegseth has new intelligence that was given to him by Bibi Netanyahu after his surprise visit to Israel.

By now it should be clear to our decision makers: we will not be able to end this war until we meaningfully restrain Israel. The Israelis have thwarted—& will continue to thwart—any deal we attempt to reach with Tehran.
Israel drove us into this war because we let them. The fundamental issue is this administration’s inability to stop our junior partner from acting like our senior partner.
It’s long past time for our leaders to do just that—lead by restraining the Israelis & end this war now.
Netanyahu on Iran:
Mojtaba decided to follow in his father's footsteps. He pulled the trigger, and Iran is once again trying to develop its bombs of death.
Therefore, there is only one way to remove this threat once and for all: to overthrow the regime in Iran.
And that is my directive to the IDF, Mossad and the security services.

Clots Through the Copper-Zinc Model.
Dr. Tau Braun
Bottom line: copper deficiency damages blood vessel walls, raises oxidative stress, and weakens immune defense against fungi. Together, those damaged walls and fungal toxins create the conditions for clots to form and travel to the lungs.
Copper and zinc power the enzymes that keep vessel walls intact and oxidative stress in check, so when either metal runs low, iron’s radical chemistry and fungal toxins can drive clotting. The standard view is that clots form when blood flow slows, vessel walls are injured, or the blood becomes hypercoagulable, with deep vein thrombi able to break free and lodge in the pulmonary arteries as pulmonary embolism.
Starting copper deficient lowers lysyl oxidase, the enzyme that cross-links collagen and elastin in vessel walls. Fragile walls develop micro-tears that expose subendothelial collagen, triggering platelet adhesion and the coagulation cascade. Copper is also a cofactor for superoxide dismutase, so deficiency raises oxidative stress that damages the endothelium directly. The vessel loses its anticoagulant surface, nitric oxide drops, and the wall shifts pro-thrombotic. Copper deficiency further impairs iron metabolism, causing anemia, and can alter platelet count and function.
Zinc deficiency compounds the problem because zinc supports endothelial repair enzymes and helps regulate platelet reactivity, so a low zinc state leaves micro-injuries unrepaired longer and platelets more easily activated.
On amyloid, SOD1 needs copper to neutralize superoxide, so low copper lets reactive oxygen species accumulate and oxidize proteins into misfolded seeds. Amyloid-beta binds copper, and in copper-poor conditions that binding turns pro-aggregative, accelerating fibril deposition in vessel walls.
Fungal involvement adds another layer. Fungi like Candida produce amyloidogenic proteins and secrete candidalysin, a pore-forming toxin that punches holes in endothelial cells, creating exactly the kind of micro-injury that invites both clotting and amyloid seeding. Some fungal cell wall components cross-react with immune receptors that also recognize amyloid aggregates, potentially amplifying the cascade. Copper normally suppresses fungal growth, so deficiency removes that brake and lets fungal burden rise, feeding both the clot and amyloid pathways simultaneously.
The whole picture is one of convergence: fragile vessels, oxidative damage, clotting tendency, amyloid deposition, and unchecked fungal overgrowth, all pointing at the pulmonary circulation as a high-risk site.
It is hard to treat because standard anticoagulation stops new clot formation and existing clots can be dissolved or removed, yet none of those approaches rebuild vessel wall integrity, restore the copper zinc antioxidant shield, clear trapped iron, or reduce the fungal burden that continues to injure the endothelium.
Anticoagulants are standard care and reduce embolization risk; however, long-term use carries bleeding risk and does not address the underlying metal, oxidative, or microbial drivers that keep the vessel wall pro-thrombotic.
The recommendation is to replete copper and zinc gently toward balance, support glutathione and GPX4 with NAC and selenium, address iron dysregulation through diet or supervised approaches when ferritin is high, and consider antifungal or biofilm-disrupting measures when fungal overgrowth is suspected, while using standard anticoagulation when clinically indicated.
Ratio: copper to zinc near one to one means the vessel defense is intact; a skew shows which metal to restore first. Tests: serum copper, serum zinc, ceruloplasmin, ferritin, transferrin saturation, and ideally free copper calculated from those values.

NEW: It has now been confirmed by Fox News that the United States IS moving the USS Theodore Roosevelt CSG and the 13th MEU to the Middle East.
All of these headlines right now about a peace deal or negotiations are nothing but noise.
War is coming. Destruction is coming.
Per @Liz_Friden The U.S. is sending the USS Theodore Roosevelt carrier strike group and the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit to the Middle East, two U.S. officials confirm to Fox News. The ships will arrive in the Middle East by the end of November, the officials said. These new deployments will add about 10,000 Sailors and Marines to the Middle East.
The USS Roosevelt will be the third aircraft carrier in the Middle East, joining the USS George H.W. Bush which arrived to the region in April, and the USS George Washington which arrived in mid-August to replace the USS Abraham Lincoln. This will provide more options for the U.S. as President Trump is reportedly considering ramping up strikes on Iran after the Midterms.
The USS Roosevelt departed its home port of San Diego on Sunday and the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit deployed from San Diego on Monday along with the Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group. The Marine Expeditionary Unit and Amphibious Ready Group typically include about 4,200 Marines and Sailors. The USS Roosevelt carrier strike group includes about 6,000 Sailors.

BREAKING: Iran's IRGC is now threatening to completely cut off the world's internet, with spokesman Hossein Mohebi saying seven major cables run under the Strait of Hormuz that global data depends on, warning: "we are reminding them of this so that the enemy knows," per Fars News.
The threat follows Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf's announcement of a "Persian Gulf Data Authority" and SNSC Secretary Mohsen Rezaee's warning that over $2 trillion in data centers would be destroyed if war resumes.
The significance is the target itself. These cables carry roughly 99% of intercontinental data and trillions in daily financial transactions. A successful strike could wipe out 70% to 90% of the Gulf's internet connectivity, crippling global commerce. Iran is making it clear: if the US strikes its energy infrastructure, the next target will be the digital backbone of the global economy.
