The Trump administration has gutted AHRQ -- a small agency at HHS tasked with overseeing care delivery -- and won't say how it's redirecting grant $$ Congress gave it.
One nugget: Some researchers got letters signed by staffers fired 9 months earlier.

Western media is running nonstop with this BS story instead of doing its job properly 🤦♀️
Here is what those headlines omit:
- Oleshky is occupied UKR territory where Russia DELIBERATELY ‼️created this humanitarian catastrophe.
- Approx 2,000 residents remain w/t adequate food, medicine, electricity, heating or running water. The roads are mined and 90% of Oleshky was flooded after Russia destroyed the Kakhovka Dam.
- Melania Trump DID NOT single-handedly “secure a ceasefire.”
This was a lengthy process involving UKR officials, @Pontifex and many others.
- More importantly ‼️Russia, as the occupying power, already has a LEGAL OBLIGATION to protect civilians and provide essential supplies while doing precisely the opposite
- the supposedly “impartial American media org” invited to document the operation is reportedly @NEWSMAX Calling Newsmax impartial is another piece of WH BS
Yet @CNN and others’ headlines turn Russia’s grudging agreement to comply temporarily with its most basic humanitarian obligations into a Trump-family diplomatic triumph.
Why ?
Sometimes I think CNN is simply trying to catch up with Fox News.

The GRU hacked into Jared Kushner's iPhone. Dutch military intelligence (MIVD) then recruited a GRU spy who gave them access to the hacked phone. What MIVD discovered was that Kushner had access to two bank accounts --one Azerbaijani, the other Israeli --where Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Emirati ruler Mohammed bin Zayed deposited money. It sounds like a slightly far-fetched episode of "Slow Horses," but it's real. And it proves just how eye-poppingly corrupt this administration was and continues to be as its "special envoy" decides the fate of tens of millions in Europe in the Middle East. Simply incredible reporting by Matthew Cole, drawn from his new book on Kushner. vanityfair.com/story/jared-k…

A Washington insider tells us to keep an eye on Kevin McCumber — “if he gets forced out things get really scary… a legislative coup… Local reporters should make sure they’ll respect certifications by states, oppose any effort by the Clerk to overthrow results.”

I often wonder what children think when they hear a powerful adult speak like this. Are they just as inured to it as much of the country, and certainly Washington, seems to be? What do you hear?

Reporter: How was waiving those sanctions on Russia to secure the release of Hubbard not giving something to Russia?
Trump: Are you a stupid person? Who do you work for?
Reporter: ABC News.
Trump: You're a stupid person. Your network is the worst.
Reporter: To the point of the question, Mr. President…
Trump: We were in the midst of negotiating and a lot of stupid people said why aren’t you putting Russian sanctions—
Collins: But you said you didn’t give anything for his release
Trump: If I didn’t do that, you wouldn’t have him coming back.
Collins: So you did give something.
Trump: You don’t know anything. You’re fake news CNN.
Collins: You’re saying you lifted the sanctions in exchange for his release?
Trump: You don’t know what you’re talking about. You’re a low IQ person. You’re a dummy.

We are past the point of political disagreement. We are witnessing a catastrophic collision between unchecked narcissism and obvious neurological decay. It is the most dangerous intersection in American history: a man with the absolute power of the Presidency and the absolute cognitive failure of a person no longer tethered to reality.
