Hey, I am stuck on something on Lucy Letby case, I have all the transcripts, and i don't understand why she receive a whole life order for "throat trauma" on June 3, and i can't find any reason to suspect this, anyone know how this allegation for June 3 throat trauma came?

There had to mystery behind it because it was being promoted as a method of murder. Not an everyday occurrence.

Two, 4 or 7 Consultants concerns were initially over the cluster of deaths. It wasn't the new intake. It wasn't the system. It wasn't the skill mix, It wasn't staff shortage, it wasn't sanitary conditions. It wasn't the loss of senior nurses.
THESE ARE THE REASONS
THEIR CONCERNS WERE NEVER PARTICULARISED.
These concerns were real but no one could speak of them & no one could speak of any concerns regarding Letby.

If the contemporaneous records of baby K were cited in limited application for Leave to Appeal then they were not used effectively in the trial. Was the fact she'd called him & doing her job cited in the Court? If not why not?
What's the point in picking out a moment in time involving one baby when there's 7 when it was diagnosed with NEC & no autopsy was done. Are you saying the senior diagnosis was wrong or covering up for Letby?
