For 47 years the regime in Iran has waged war on the US and its allies. Today, the regime is weak and the people are prepared to topple it. The right policy today can redefine the next century. I look forward to discussing tomorrow at the @politico Security Summit.
Prince Reza Pahlavi will speak with @DashaBurns at the @Politico Security Summit tomorrow. He will make the case that the world should stand with the Iranian people and the only guarantee of regional stability is to stay the course and end this regime.

We are now officially at the point where any comment made on social media about the regime or this war - without acknowledging that the vast majority of people inside Iran have been silenced by 54 consecutive days of internet shut down - is going to be wholly problematic.
⏳ Metrics show #Iran has entered the 54th day of an internet blackout that has been in place for over 1272 hours.
The ongoing measure is inherently disproportionate and continues to conceal human rights violations on the ground.

Her mother was murdered by the Islamic Republic, and Nusha was also shot in the arm and legs.
The resilience of the Iranian people is hard to comprehend. For many of us, losing is NOT an option.
"It is not only about the permanence of names in memory; rather, we feel their presence in every moment and deep within the soul.
In the cells of our being, in the ocean of sorrow and joy, in the words of poetry and the melodies of music, their remembrance keeps flowing like waves.
I ask you, each of you, to be an unextinguishable torch for my mother’s name ♥️"

A voice from inside Iran is begging to be heard:
“Internet has been cut off from people, I gave all the money I had for VPN, soon the VPN volume will run out and I'll be cut off again. I want the people of the world to see us, to hear our voice. The Iranian government is destroying the people, we've practically become prisoners, we have no right to protest, killing us is easy for them. Please hear our voice.”

The mixed signals from Tehran point to a deeper issue. This is not just messaging, it reflects a fragmented power structure pulling in different directions.
Iran does not operate under a single authority. Power is split between clerical leadership, political institutions, and the IRGC, which often acts independently.
What we’re seeing is a system under pressure, with competing factions signaling different paths, negotiation or escalation, with no clear consensus at the top.

🚨 A devastated husband took his own life after regime agents raped his dead wife’s body and sent him the photos.
Islamic Republic security forces raided the home of Saleheh Akbari and her husband Ahmad Khodaei.
Saleheh, a 38-year-old nurse, operating room technician, and mountaineer, along with her husband, had opened their house to wounded protesters during the January 2026 uprising - people too terrified to go to hospitals because the regime was hunting them down.
They treated the injured. They hid them. They saved lives.
A few days later, regime agents stormed in. They beat Ahmad. Saleheh threw herself between them to protect her husband. They shot her point-blank in the heart - right in front of him and their young child.
She died in his arms.
Then came the unspeakable: agents assaulted Saleheh’s lifeless body, took photos of the desecration, and sent them to Ahmad as psychological torture.
The sexual harassment and horror he endured pushed him beyond any human limit.
Broken by grief, Ahmad posted a final goodbye letter to his wife on Instagram and took his own life.
Two kind, brave souls - a mother and father who only showed humanity in a regime that has none - are gone.

🇮🇷 An unspeakable atrocity has just come to light. The whole world needs to know what is happening under these internet blackouts.
During the January massacre, IRGC demons shot and murdered Saleheh Akbari in front of her husband Ahmad Khodaei, inside their home.
Saleheh was a nurse, and had offered to help injured Iranians fleeing Basiji thugs. For this, their door was kicked down, and she was killed in front of her husband and 8 year old daughter after stepping in to protect him as he was being beaten up.
And from there, the nightmare only got worse.
They confiscated and raped her dead body at the morgue, taking pictures of what they were doing to her. Then they sent the images to her mortified husband, using her own lifeless hand to unlock her phone and call him.
After this, the regime subjected Ahmad to months of endless torment, threatening him to keep his mouth shut and even arresting him for visiting his wife's grave.
Ahmad took his daughter to her grandparents, because she kept asking for her mom and it broke him inside.
The regime began fabricating crimes against him and were planning to torture him for the rest of time. They refused to even let him grieve in peace.
The pain became too much to bear, and Ahmad has according to reports taken his own life, after announcing his intentions.
It has been 47 years of these barbaric atrocities happening every single day.
This is Iran under islamic occupation.
It was never about a nuclear deal or sanctions.

100 days ago, on January 8th and 9th, millions of Iranians took to the streets knowing the price they might pay. More than 40,000 heroes paid that price for Iran's dignity, liberty, and freedom.
Young women tore off their headscarves in front of armed security forces. Students organized, marched, and faced plainclothes agents on campuses. Teachers, lawyers, and workers walked off their jobs. Shopkeepers shuttered their stores in solidarity. Millions of ordinary people did extraordinary things in city after city in an epic display of national unity.
The regime answered with bullets, mass arrests, and show trials and executions. Facing an inhuman evil, Iranians showed superhuman bravery. More than 40,000 gave their lives.
My compatriots kept going and their courage belongs to history. This is the final battle and they are preparing to win the war against the Islamic Republic. In this battle to reclaim our nation, I will not stop fighting until the day they are free.
We hope the world will be with us. Whether it is or not, our fight will continue and we will liberate Iran.
