The Pigeon Loft, Racecourse Ground, @Wrexham_AFC consisting of a curved steel frame that was a balcony for a local cinema in it's previous life and was built over the Town End terracing in 1962, providing seating on the upper deck with club shop and 'tea bar' below. It Lasted until 1978

Correct! However, isn't it a pity that the very same people who are writing, amending & implementing this obscene piece of legislation don't have the humanity to know, remember or invite many to a day that is meant specifically to remember Victims & Survivors?! You couldn't make it up the sheer hypocrisy & hierarchy of victims the British establishment has created.
