Over the weekend, one of our Critical Care Teams provided a pre-hospital blood transfusion for a patient.
This is the first time they have been used since we began carrying blood supplies last month in partnership with @NHSHarlow and Essex Blood Bikers #BloodOnBoard

Always tricky to select a top 10, very subjective but tried to find relevant, useful, applicable and reasonable quality.
Interestingly not that many high methodological quality trials, no large RCTs.
