The program aims to strengthen community resilience by advancing anticipatory action, improving early warning and trigger-based response systems, and enhancing disaster risk reduction, to better prepare vulnerable communities for climate- and conflict-related shocks.
A significant step towards strengthening multi-hazard preparedness, anticipatory action, and early warning systems across the Horn of Africa.
