It's time to have the TALK! About 🗳 Turnout in Harris County... Yes, the "ballot box" is BLUE to start with after three consecutive days of record early voting levels in the nation's 3rd largest county. Now, the Cumulative Daily Total Turnout chart from @HarrisCountyRP shows the obvious that Republican turnout has not cleared 30% yet, but is up a point after 3 days to 28%. The combination of Democrat and Independent votes has held nearly steady at 72% combined, and Monday's total included BBM that is heavily Democratic party, that party’s share declined from 50% to 46% by Wed, while Independents increased to 26% in this straightforward D & R primary voters chart. Other more complex models break up the Independent voters into leaners, and those are breaking for the Democrats over the Republicans... 3-day Early Voting is up over 73% in Harris County over 2018's. That's the last time a US Senate race occured in the mid-term and the Republican on the ballot back then got 41% of the vote in Harris County. So will this year's match-up break the high 30s percent? With hundreds of million of dollars being spent on this political campaign we'll all have a pretty good idea after 9 more days of early voting in person! Untill then, FACTS: 400k Democratic primary voters haven't voted in Harris County along with 300k Republican who haven't, and a 👀whopping 1.7 million Independent haven't either! So the old movie line comes to mind "Tomorrow is another day" and another day, and another day. GO VOTE!

Great to see pastors gathering in prayer for @KenPaxtonTX. “If God is for us, who can be against us?” — Romans 8:31
Pastors for Paxton gathered to pray over @KenPaxtonTX at his rally today in Conroe. Pastors @Steve_Riggle and @BuntrockJames led us in asking God to grant him wisdom, strength, and protection as he serves Texas. 🙏

Harris County Resident @larottafortexas steps up and files a court petition to remove Harris County Treasurer #CarlaWyatt. This is a recognition of the obvious: that Treasurer Wyatt clearly has an alcohol consumption problem, as documented by repeated vehicle traffic stops in multiple counties. At 10am today, Harris County Republican Party Chair, @cindyseigel will explain @HarrisCountyRP’s support for the citizen petition, and show exactly why under the law Treasurer Wyatt can be removed rapidly by hearing the evidence under section 87.013 of the Government Code, due to her documented record of intoxicatication on or off duty. The minority Republican party in the Nation's 3rd largest County has to take this action because the majority @harrisdemocrats party refuses to police it's own! @TomSRamsey2 @MarcCowart @kwteaparty @BuntrockJames @SD7RepWomen @NormaJeter @Smith4HarrisCty @texasdaniel @orlando_sanchez @josmcreynolds

Does the County Judge represent you? Does Pct. 1 represent you? Does Pct. 2 represent you? Does Pct. 3 represent you? Does Pct. 4 represent you? I am disappointed that the Court decided to raise your taxes even higher than before. As you know, I voted against that and even offered an alternative responsible budget. Like someone caught with their hand in the cookie jar, some are blaming others rather than taking responsibility for taking more of your hard-earned paycheck. Elections have consequences. If Harris County wants something different and a different direction, we need representatives with a vision and a way of governing that listens to residents’ wishes. The choice is yours IF you choose to vote.

It is the honor of a lifetime to accept President Trump’s nomination to serve as the next United States Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Having served in the region both in combat as an Army officer and for two years as a diplomatic liaison in the Kingdom, I understand the strategic importance of the partnership between the United States and Saudi Arabia and the profound responsibility of this position. Service has always defined my life. My immediate family has given more than sixty years to our military. My brother, sister, and I graduated from West Point, served in combat, and, at one point, were all deployed to Iraq simultaneously. I am deeply grateful to President Trump for his confidence in me. When confirmed, I will serve with humility and honor, advance his vision of peace through strength and deepen this vital partnership.

At today's forum I said Mayor Whitmire secured $50,000,000.00 from the state...the importance of having relationships and working collaboratively. Plummer said it wasn't true. She was part of a group of council members wanting to increase property taxes for average homeowners. She's either clueless or is incapable of telling the truth: fox26houston.com/news/housto…

ICYMI: 61% of Texas Seniors pay ZERO ISD Property tax bills now! Once they pay NO school taxes, their bills won't go up again and that's the right way to "age in place!" 6.1 Million Texas Homesteads got exemption increases approved by the voters of 140k dollars, and over-65 and disabled homeowners another 60k for a total of 200k! General Texas Homesteads saw a reduction on their school property tax bill of 13.5% last year and an average tax bill less than a 1k now! Senior ISD bills fell by nearly by 1/3rd, and overall 39% of all 6.1 Million Texas Homestead pay Zero school tax bills! Waste, fraud, and political games at Commissioners Court have cost Harris County billions in state and federal funding for critical flood control and infrastructure projects. As your next Harris County Judge, I will put our families ahead of politics by rooting out waste, restoring accountability, fixing our infrastructure, and fighting to reduce property taxes. I'm ready to lead Harris County on Day 1. Let's get to work!
