Encouraging words. Let’s see that translate into actual improvements. Last night at Waterloo at around 23:00 was a disaster for many with numerous delays and cancellations.
Hey @SW_Help what’s tonight’s excuse? It can’t still be related to the derailment as this train goes nowhere near Eastleigh

He’s the guy that wrote this. Advising passengers not to travel during strikes. A complete and utter cretin

Great start to the new year. Time for someone to get a grip @grantshapps. That’s an extra 30+ mins if you want to get off at Vauxhall

Mass organisation of passengers who are the victims of all this. But most passengers have responsible jobs and so cannot break the law. Neither SWR or RMT covering themselves in glory but @RMTunion lost it with this tweet from their leadership

This is how much the RMT care about passengers. Steve Hedley is the senior assistant general secretary rmt.org.uk/about/rmt-structu… @RMTunion have well and truly lost the argument and passenger support for their cause is at an all time low

I started this being neutral blaming both @RMTunion and @SW_Help. Having heard from senior assistant general secretary Steve Hedley telling passengers to avoid train usage during the strike, it’s clear they clear hold us all in contempt. Hundreds of thousands have no choice!

@PaulCliftonBBC maybe a story here if this person really is the same Steve Hedley from the RMT. Union telling passengers not to travel on strike days shows how out of touch they are

Both should be held to account but this own goal doesn’t help the @RMTunion cause
