I’ve done some calculations on my regular trains (1 way) from today to end May and I’ve spent 516 extra minutes on trains due to delays. Add in 20 cancellations during this period and the delays incurred with those. I’m going armed with this spreadsheet to the credit card co

Absolutely right that we need and have a right to expect the truth— this has been totally absent and action of a proactive nature required. Can’t think of any other country which would supinely tolerate this treatment.
