All the people calling for reparations for Africa do a little Google search.
Over the last 40 years Africa has received over a trillion dollars in aid, theres your reparations.

“It’s an absolute disgrace. Let’s be honest. She was convicted in May of this year. She’ll be out in December of this year, having received a three-year sentence. How on earth can that be right?
“She’ll be out for Christmas, and I won’t have Christmas with Henry.”

‘Tan Hill - A Pub with Attitude - The Highest in England’ at 1,732 feet a.s.l. has now re-opened after an unexpected closure due to unplanned maintenance. Just Peter Brook’s sort of place in an isolated location at the top of Swaledale, it was one of his favourite watering holes.

Essex & Suffolk Hunt, Lindsey Suffolk. About as blatant as it gets. Putting hounds into thick undergrowth where a trail can not be laid, while “burring”: tongue rolling sound made to unseat a fox

I have tabled a parliamentary motion officially rejecting all calls for any slavery reparations or apology demands.
My motion recognises the unique role Britain played in abolishing the slave trade, and actually demands African and Caribbean countries to accept that and formally acknowledge our contribution.
It goes one step further and calls for the termination of all foreign aid and visas for countries participating in any reparation demands.
All supportive MPs are welcome to sign, and if you agree with the motion - please ask your MP to back it. They have all been invited...
I am proud of our history, and you should be too.

The new John Lewis ad is awful. Vile little brats wrecking their Gran's house then she spends a fortune just to get a hug off them. Can you imagine being allowed to be so ungrateful when we were kids? My Gran went to the grave believing I loved Lily of the Valley bath cubes🥹🥹

I think the #JohnLewisChristmas ad in 20 years time should revisit this family as granny’s will is being read out. And she’s left the lot to a donkey sanctuary.
Karma, you materialistic little sods.

I took Bonnie for a bike ride to see if she likes tennis balls. Unsurprisingly she does.
I was trying to distract her as she misses Clyde a lot. He went to the big hospital for his big operation… (1/5)

Our sweet Clyde is off to the big hospital today❤️🩹
After everything this beautiful boy has already been through, we're hoping this is another step towards the happy, healthy life he deserves.
And of course, his sister Bonnie was right there to see him off🥹❤️
We're all rooting for you, Clyde. You've got so much love and happiness waiting for you right here when you get back❤️🐾

On a day when John Lewis makes such a colossal failure of an ad, let’s remember one of the best ads of all time.
In 1973, Hovis used a young and unknown Ridley Scott (yes, that Ridley Scott!) to direct their famous ad.
It showed tradition, resilience, fun and affection.
It was symbolic of the UK and British people.
Oh how advertising has fallen.
