If you were to list the most dangerous inventions humans have made, then most likely you would come up with the gun, cigarettes, and alcohol. But I think one of the most dangerous is………the chair. Yes that’s right, the chair. We were not designed to sit all day but to squat, stand and move. Due to this inactivity, we are literally sitting ourselves to death. We need to get off the sofa and move more. For those of us who have a desk job – the solution is to get a standing desk with a small under desk treadmill.
