Let’s face it: this campaign in Michigan is turning into a moral disaster. Too much anti-Muslim hate from the GOP. Too much anti-Jewish hate on the progressive side. Too little leadership trying to bring everyone together. After this election, I pray for healing in that state. And America: we gotta do better.

Costs keep rising. You’re working harder. And you’re not getting anywhere.
We need to bring balance back to Madison. We don’t need another Madison politician. We need a problem solver.
We need to stretch your tax dollars. Like voting to lower property taxes and give surpluses back to the taxpayers. Not like what Robyn Vining did when she voted to keep the 400-year property tax increase and keep the surplus money in Madison.
We need to make healthcare prices more transparent, so patients know what they are going to pay.
No matter how much Madison politicians try to resist, my job is to get folks back on their feet right here in our community.

Sadly, all the edits and angles in the world won't make an ounce of difference. MAGA will not be convinced because they have gone too far. If they were to admit they were wrong now, it would force them to grapple with everything they have allowed before this point.
But they are not. His most loyal supporters will never budge. We have to take care of our own, have patience for those who fell for the ruse, and lock arms for high seas. Check in on your loved one and give everyone a little more grace.
I work around people everyday who do the job of trying to make everything in our politics just a little better. I can say with certainty there are people like this spread across the country, right now. I believe it's the often unrecognized, small things that will add up #ICEOUT
