Crazy energy at Usatf JOs, went into the 6th round in 4th place and by the time i was throwing i was in 8th, went big with a pr of 52’7.25, most movement i’ve ever seen in competition, can’t wait to turn up for disc today.

Some pretty solid throws from todays shot practice, felt a lot better about not over stepping in the middle. @Coach_Maines @coachg72 @VowellBobbie @MJitjaeng

Disc was only 117’1 for first, definitely had the potential to place higher than 5th just didn’t compete to the standard I normally do, advancing to regionals in shot and disc. @VowellBobbie @CoachMortDawg @coachg72 @MJitjaeng

For fifth*
Shot was an experience to say the least, had some good competition but just fell short of what I know I’m capable of, got a lot of work to do. @VowellBobbie @coachg72
