The state government of Minnesota very purposefully recruited a huge pool of immigrants from a country best known for its piracy, then put them to work changing the flow of money so Democrats benefit. I know that sounds like a crazy conspiracy theory, but I swear it is exactly what's happening in MN. The entire state is a structure of govt organizations and NGOs that funnel cash back to DFL politicians and causes.
