KA proposed exactly this and ADMK was abusing BJP.
Yet, you wanted an alliance between them; didn't want local leaders; thought they could win with Modiji's image.
Now that ADMK is almost wiped out, you don't want an alliance.
The objective for TN BJP should be
Step 1
Remove all rotten apples, informers and trojans from the party
Step 2
Build a small but potent team in each district
Step 3
Reach out to the people
Step 4
Understand people's pulse by being with them
Step 5
Groom candidates for local bodies, Assembly & Parliament, give them tasks, make these people visible in their constituencies. Each one should know their voters like family

Don't be in a rat race for alliance

Focus on 10 constituencies, win 10

Instead of focusing on negatives of State Govt, focus on positives of central government

Man, widower since 10 years, currently aged 61, has 2 adult children - one abroad and one in India, both married.
Recently he married a 55 year old woman, who doesn't have any children of her own.
Man distributed his property to both adult children before getting married. He just has his house and a little bit of his pension.
Yet, both his children are angry and upset at the marriage. What's more bewildering is even the adult kids' spouses and kids' in-laws are angry that he remarried. Kids' in-laws have gone to the extent of even scolding the man.
Man says "last 10 years I suffered alone. None of you kids or your spouses are taking care of me, and neither am I dependent on you guys. I have looked after myself, and also helped finish your education and got your guys married. It's time I sought happiness too."
I don't see anything wrong in what a man did. Sad that even in this day and age, with kids and their spouses and the kids' in-laws being educated too, one is still holding onto to these backward thoughts.
