Your taxes will only ever go up. Borrowing will never stop. Your grandchildren will still be paying for the borrowing that is funding the undocumented illegal army the establishment has smuggled in.
Authoritarianism and lawfare will be subtly imposed as systems go digital, and you are too overworked, distracted, and divided to object.
Our future generations will be more dependent on the state and moulded by the education system and social media to be incapable of the independent thought needed to question it.
Bought, corrupt, blackmailed, or planted politicians will continue to get away with heinous criminal antics, as they already have for years, provided they remain complicit.
This government, like those before it, increasingly operate as parasitic puppets following a script to progressively encroach on your freedom to have ordinary life. And the technocratic systems that will make them untouchable are currently or imminently being locked in.
If that doesn’t scare you, alternatively i could remind you that there is a government ran trial currently testing puberty blockers on children.

The US Major sighs to stay calm, when you can tell he wants to pull the Afghan police chief apart like warm bread. That always stayed with me.
So the government is planning for an event under which the power grid, water supply and communications networks will be down, but they are refusing to tell you what it is - treason.
You can deduce alot by looking into what action the government is taking and importantly the actions they are not taking.

I just cannot understand how we ended up in a society where this is not the default punishment for this crime.
It’s truly abrasive to my brain to try and comprehend how anyone, especially parents can think otherwise and not have questionable moral ethics themselves.
There is evil that cannot be rehabilitated nor deserves the resources trying.

What a legacy it must be to have inspired so many people to pursue engineering, I bet the butterfly effect from his work, by making science feel fun and accessible has no doubt reached far beyond his contribution to the shows he worked on, inspiring pure creative curiosity, that has been quietly benefiting humanity and sparking new ideas around the world.
