Tina Hines woke after a cardiac arrest unable to speak. She asked for a pen and scrawled two words: “It’s real.” When her family asked whether she meant heaven, she nodded. On February 12, 2018, the Arizona mother collapsed while preparing to go hiking. Her husband and a neighbour performed CPR before paramedics arrived and repeatedly shocked her heart. Her husband later recalled doctors describing roughly 27–28 minutes with limited or no oxygen. After regaining consciousness, Tina said she had seen Jesus standing with his arms open, a brilliant yellow glow behind him. She survived and left hospital four days after collapsing. Her niece later had the handwritten words tattooed on her arm.

Why are international law violations condemned when committed by America’s enemies but ignored when committed by its allies?Saddam was punished,so why is Netanyahu treated differently?Justice must be equal. No one, not even the United States, is above the law. History will judge.

Trump claims we’re now “paying the lowest drug prices anywhere in the world.” He lied. We pay the highest. Now, Trump is trying to prevent 4 million Americans from buying prescription drugs from Canada and other countries — where prices are up to 10 times cheaper. Outrageous.

On March 27, 1985, 22 year old Karen Wilson was counting down to spring break. She was a senior at the University at Albany in New York, a political science major originally from Utah. She was interning for the state Assembly. In a few days she'd be on a beach in Fort Lauderdale. That afternoon, she left her dorm to get ready for the trip. She shopped for some new clothes. Then she went to a tanning salon on Central Avenue, a few miles from campus. At 7:20 p.m., she walked out of the salon. That's the last time anyone can say for certain that they saw her. But three different people, who didn't know each other, all called police later with the same story. Between 8:10 and 8:20 that night, they saw a young woman matching Karen's description walking alone down Fuller Road, heading toward campus. In a cream colored raincoat. White sneakers. She was near a dark, quiet stretch by a small lake and an on-ramp to the interstate. She was almost back to school. She never got there. Karen didn't come back to her dorm that night. She never went to Florida. She never called her family again. Troopers and students searched the railroad tracks and woods along that road. Police divers searched the lake. They found nothing. Investigators believe someone may have pulled her into a car on that dark stretch, right by the highway, and been gone in seconds. Police later released a sketch of a person of interest. He's never been identified. Then, 13 years later, it happened again. Another student from the same school, Suzanne Lyall, stepped off a bus near campus and vanished. She was never found either. 41 years later, Karen Wilson would be 63. Her parents spent the rest of their lives waiting for her to come home. She was a few minutes from her dorm, walking back from getting ready for spring break. Somebody saw her on that road.

A federal judge in Washington, D.C., ordered the #Trump administration Thursday to reveal which states received warnings from the Justice Department about suspected noncitizens on voter rolls, just days before the November 3 midterm elections. According to the Associated Press, U.S. District Judge James Boasberg issued the order after Democratic leaders filed a lawsuit accusing the administration of interfering with how states run their elections. The Justice Department has warned some election officials about potential criminal prosecution and sought to have ballots from suspected noncitizens set aside. The Trump administration argues that its actions are intended to enforce federal election laws and prevent noncitizens from voting. However, Democratic plaintiffs contend that the federal government is pressuring states to alter their election procedures. During Thursday's hearing, Boasberg questioned whether the plaintiffs had legal standing to bring the case and acknowledged that the administration's letters do not legally compel states to act without a court order. The judge indicated that he intends to issue a ruling by Monday, November 2, one day before Election Day.

October 31 is a day Sergey Lavrov will never forget. Not because of Halloween, but because, according to reports, Russia's foreign minister received a humiliating diplomatic dressing-down at a G20 meeting. British officials reportedly confronted Lavrov over Russia's brutal war against Ukraine, accusing Putin of aggression and condemning Russian drone attacks on Ukrainian civilians. The message was unmistakable: Ukraine's courage remains extraordinary, European support will continue, and Russia must not be allowed to finance its war through oil and gas revenues. The final humiliation reportedly came when European ministers refused to pose for the traditional G20 family photograph alongside Lavrov. After traveling for more than 20 hours because of restrictions on Russian aircraft, Lavrov allegedly found himself isolated, publicly condemned, and unwelcome. P.S. Scientists confirm global warming is accelerating faster than ever recorded October 29, 2026 Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK) Summary: Earth is warming faster than ever recorded, with scientists detecting a major acceleration in global temperatures since around 2015. A new study reveals that the warming rate has surged to approximately 0.35°C per decade, nearly double the average pace observed from 1970 to 2015. After removing natural climate fluctuations, researchers confirmed the acceleration with more than 98% statistical confidence. sciencedaily.com/releases/20…

👼🏻23 days old. They didn’t even have time to register her. A Russian shell killed her together with her parents and brother. Sofia Konyshcheva was 23 days old. She was born on July 22, 2023, in the village of Shyroka Balka in the Kherson region. Her parents didn’t even have time to officially register her. On August 13, the Russians opened fire. The family ran to a neighbor’s basement — they didn’t make it. The shell exploded right in the yard. Sofia, her mother Olesya, her father Dmytro, and her 11-year-old brother Artem were killed. The boy kept calling for his mother for several more hours. Eternal memory. #StopRussia #KhersonRegion #SofiaKonyshcheva

Julianna Rozek. Just 34 years old. An Australian woman of Ukrainian descent who could have lived a peaceful, safe life in Melbourne. But she chose Ukraine. Julianna came not to fight, but to help. Alongside other volunteers from Repair Together, she helped rebuild Ukrainian homes and villages devastated by Russian aggression. She helped people she had never met because their suffering mattered to her. On September 6, 2026, Julianna tragically lost her life in the Kyiv region alongside her partner, Irishman Darren Martin. Their lives ended in a fire at the house where they were staying. They still had so much to live for, so much more they wanted to do. I am a Ukrainian war veteran. I know the value of human life, and I will never stop thanking the foreigners who come to help my country during its darkest hours. Julianna, thank you for your enormous heart, your kindness, and every day you devoted to Ukraine. Thank you for refusing to turn your back on our people. You didn't have to help us. But you did. May you and Darren rest in peace. My deepest condolences to your families and loved ones. Ukraine must never forget those who stood beside us when we needed them most. Thank you, Julianna. Rest in peace. 🇺🇦🇦🇺🇮🇪 P.S. I'm gradually moving from X to Substack, where I continue sharing my stories and writing about Ukraine. You can follow and support my work here: mykhailorohoza.substack.com
