We're exploring new application composition, rendering, and dynamic integration capabilities in Module Federation, with Modern.js as one of the integration scenarios. Along the way, I turned our E2E tests into side-by-side visual demos to make capability differences easier to see and test. More coming in Q4! These capabilities will also be exposed as framework-agnostic APIs, so any application can benefit. 👀

At this point, using top AI models for security is becoming a matter for the few elected. How are we supposed to keep Node.js and other critical infrastructure safe?

Most of ByteDance runs on federation. Over 20k repos, 50k engineers, tens of thousands of remotes. We are the world’s largest deployment by an order of magnitude vs the next largest deployer. I also created federation and my team owns rspack as well.

Less duplicate code. Smaller bundles. 📦 We've improved Rspack's chunking algorithm to reduce duplicate modules across chunks. In a large production project, this change resulted in:
• -2.53% less raw JS size
• -1.51% fewer chunks

Module Federation now works with @tan_stack Start. The first release of Module federation for Tanstack is out. A TanStack Start app can load React components from other apps that are built and deployed separately, at runtime, SSR included.

I showed a demo to my current team yesterday about rustifying our huge react project’s build tool through Rsbuild. And the response was incredible. I mean 47s to 4s for local dev. 4mins to 22s for building. We wouldnt have achieved this drastic without your team!

Can agree. When we were migrating to rspack with module federation, they created a discord group with @ScriptedAlchemy & the big-dogs who personally assisted us with the migration. Even fixed a few bugs we found. Goated team.
