🚨UPDATE: We have sent four cease and desist letters to county clerks across Michigan who are spreading misinformation to voters on Election Day.
We are committed to ensuring that every single Michigander is able to cast their ballot for who they want and that the ballot is accurately counted and recorded.

El Sayed campaign staffer indicted for antisemitic violent hate crimes.
Anything genuinely thinking of voting for this guy is insane. This is so far beyond partisan politics.
12 indicted in Michigan for a campaign of terror against Jews. Jars of chemicals thrown into family homes. Houses marked with the red triangles Hamas uses to mark targets for death. One defendant, Mariam Odeh, worked for @AbdulElSayed 's Senate campaign.
Surprised? Don't be.

NEWSNATION: The admissions we've heard about the dirty tricks that were played in Alaska to recruit another Dan Sullivan to get on the ballot, how does that strike you?
KEN MARTIN: "I'm certainly uncomfortable with any of those type of tactics."

This isn’t about Haley Stevens. It’s about the basic question she raised: Why won’t El-Sayed just condemn the Jew-hating ad?
News flash: You can be for lower costs and stand up to hate at the same time.

Representative Haley Stevens is a courageous leader who deserves the respect of every Michigan voter. She has conducted herself with nothing but class since the Democratic primary, a primary where a majority of voters did not vote for her party’s nominee.
She was absolutely right to call on Abdul El-Sayed to denounce the Rebellion PAC ad and she was right to call on him to apologize for espousing the same hateful ideology behind it.
Representative Stevens’ statement expressed a hope that Abdul El-Sayed “had heard the deep concerns of the Jewish Community.” It is as shameful as it is disappointing that his response to her clearly shows that he does not care about those concerns.
In her statement, the Congresswoman says, “ the Jewish and African-American communities of my district deserve to have someone show up for them, rather than fight over them.”
I agree with her and my campaign is about being there, showing up and defending these communities and all Michiganders.

This is actually deranged and sick stuff.
Hasan Piker is saying that this very normal suburban neighborhood is "straight up" equivalent to a KKK neighborhood because... wait for it... it has a good number of Jewish residents.
That's the same Hasan Piker that Abdul El-Sayed invited to his campaign events. Disturbing.
🚨🚨 Abdul El-Sayed surrogate Hasan Piker crashes out over El-Sayed’s canvassers knocking doors in West Bloomfield, Michigan.
Piker compares it to “going to that like Klan KKK neighborhood to stump for like a Black candidate.”
“It’s racial supremacy. It’s Jewish supremacy. What do you think it is? Yeah, clip it and post it.”
Piker, a dual citizen who grew up in Turkey, then rages at a Jewish Democrat in Oakland County who says she is voting for Mike Rogers: “If it’s so dangerous, go live in Israel… You fucking idiot. You fucking moron… You fucking psycho.”

Lots of people are calling the Alaska "fake Dan Sullivan" scheme unethical but legal.
They haven't read the case law. Conspiring to trick voters into voting for the wrong candidate is a federal felony under 18 U.S.C. § 241. My full lawsplainer:

Conspiring to put a man with the SAME NAME as your opponent on the ballot - in order to deceive Alaskan voters who intend to vote for that opponent - is not merely "ballot stacking," and your friends are about to find out about 18 USC 241
The Republican governor of Alaska knows what he's saying is nonsense.
Not only is ballot stacking legal (if icky), and not only do Republicans do it, but they're doing it in this cycle! In Alaska!
@Senate_Fund spent ~$500K to get a Green Party guy in Arizona to run in Alaska.

I see a lot of people, including some reporters, writing off what happened in Alaska as “ballot stacking.” Stick with me for just a min.
What happened in Alaska is not merely ballot stacking. Recruiting someone with the same name as your opponent to deliberately mislead voters into selecting the wrong candidate is calculated voter deception, designed to exploit voter confusion and potentially deprive voters of having their votes counted for the candidate they actually intended to support. 1/3

Recruiting a fake Dan Sullivan to siphon votes from the real one is a conspiracy against rights targeting Alaska voters. That's 18 USC 241, the same statute DOJ used to prosecute Douglass Mackey.
I explained on the @WillCainShow.
