You wanna know who Gavin Newsom just commuted on California’s death row? Lemme tell you… Richard Allen Davis, who broke into a 12-year-old’s house during a slumber party, kidnapped Polly Klaas at knifepoint, raped her, and strangled her. Isauro Aguirre, who spent months torturing 8-year-old Gabriel Fernandez, beating him, shooting him with a BB gun, forcing him to eat cat feces, and locking him in a cabinet before ultimately beating him to death. Alejandro Avila, who snatched 5-year-old Samantha Runnion off the street, raped her, and murdered her. Cary Stayner, the Yosemite handyman who murdered three women and a teenage girl in 1999, including beheading one of his victims. Charles Ng, convicted of killing 11 people, including men, women, and two infants, alongside Leonard Lake in the 1980s. Lonnie Franklin Jr., the “Grim Sleeper,” convicted of murdering multiple women in Los Angeles over several decades. Investigators believe the actual body count is higher. Scott Peterson, who murdered his pregnant wife, Laci Peterson, and their unborn son in 2002, dumping her body in the San Francisco Bay. Wayne Adam Ford, the truck driver who strangled and dismembered at least four women before showing up at a sheriff’s station with a severed breast in his pocket. Joseph Naso, the “Alphabet Killer,” convicted of murdering four women with matching initials between 1977 and 1994. Christopher Cheary, convicted of raping, torturing, and murdering his girlfriend’s 3-year-old daughter, Sophia Acosta. And these are just some of the inmates. Newsom called this a “righteous action.” Righteous for whom? Because I guarantee you the victims’ families don’t see it that way.

I have been waiting 24 years for my neighbor David Westerfield to be executed for the kidnapping and murder of my 7-year-old neighbor, Danielle van Dam. And now thanks to @GavinNewsom, it looks like it will never happen. I was 13 when he abducted her from her bedroom in the middle of the night in 2002. I would never equate what I experienced with what her family suffered, but Danielle's murder devastated our whole neighborhood, and me personally. I was a sensitive kid and it was a major contributor to my mental health decline in adolescence. In the 20 days between her disappearance and his arrest, I developed insomnia and spent those nights walking around the house checking the locks on the doors and windows. I followed the trial closely. As we learned the horrific details, I couldn't stop thinking about what she endured during the 3 days he had her. Her body was found dumped off the side of a road 25 days after she went missing. It was too decomposed to test for sexual assault, but we all knew that's why he took her. He was also convicted of possessing child sexual abuse material found on his computer. There was never any doubt about Westerfield's guilt. There was an abundance of forensic evidence, including her blood on his clothing and in his motorhome. In 2019, the California Supreme Court unanimously upheld his conviction and death sentence. Shortly afterward, Newsom imposed his moratorium. And now he does THIS. California voters rejected abolishing the death penalty in both 2012 and 2016, and even voted to expedite executions. All these years, I've held on to the hope that someone would eventually take office who respected the will of California voters and would allow these sentences to be carried out. It's especially insulting to hear Newsom go on about morality, as if he is morally superior to those of us whose lives were affected by these heinous crimes and who want to see the perpetrators brought to justice. I'm hoping the California Supreme Court can stop Westerfield's commutation.

Absolute insanity. In just 40 minutes, the S&P 500 has now erased -$2 trillion in market cap. The entire post-Midterm Election rally has been erased in a matter of minutes. This is one of the fastest market cap losses in stock market history.

They are literally telling us that if Democrats are winning they will call the races early, but if Republicans are winning they won't call the races until tomorrow or later. That is literally what they are saying, without any exaggeration. They are telling this to us straight up, to our faces.

I am not here to tell you that Republicans have done a wonderful job. I am here to tell you that the Democrat Party has been fully captured by communists who want you dead and seek to destroy western civilization itself. Go vote against them. It’s the only choice.

I’m not voting because Republicans have earned my vote. I’m voting to buy our country enough time to replace the Republicans who don’t deserve my vote with Republicans who do. If Democrats retake control of even one chamber, it’s game over. Vote like your nation’s survival depends on it — because it does 🗳️

My biggest concern is that if there is a clean sweep by Democrats of the House, Senate and Presidency in 2028, they will: 1. Make DC and Puerto Rico states to gain a strong majority in the Senate. 2. Open the borders and legalize everyone living in America illegally to cement a permanent majority. 3. Increase the size of the Supreme Court to gain an immediate majority. This would result in America becoming a permanent one-party state and the end of democracy in any meaningful sense of the word. All that is needed to ensure this doesn’t happen is 51 Republican senators in 2029. That is why you should vote for Republican senators this election. Other reasons are irrelevant compared to this one.

What will be the biggest difference between Xavier Becerra and Gavin Newsom if he's elected governor? Becerra immediately pointed out his fluency in Spanish. He also signaled he won't jam the California Legislature:

Dear California Legislature: Your insane wealth tax proposal has already backfired. Counting just ten people alone walked out with $1.9 TRILLION. That's roughly 24% of all household wealth in California, which of course included the biggest taxpayers on Earth. Musk. Page. Brin. Ellison. Thiel. Zuckerberg. Kalanick. Hankey. Sacks. Spielberg. Gone. And they're just the start. I reckon 100 of the 200 billionaires are gone or one foot out the door. Not to mention the next cut, the deca millionaires are also fleeing as they know they are next. California didn't tax the rich. They exported them. California did this to itself. Sacramento doesn't understand basic economics, never mind the Laffer Curve: push rates high enough and revenue goes down, not up.
