Serving is the attribute of the strong. The weak always struggle to serve because they are imprisoned by their own inordinate desire to be served.

Self-seeking leaders use service as a means to self-preservation/self-advancement. They tactfully serve the power holders to gain favours or the marginalised to project a favourable image. Instead of sacrificing self to serve others, they sacrifice others to serve themselves.

If we prefer the former, let's ensure they properly eat, rest, sleep, etc. . . and at times they might have to eat first or midway to be able to last.

Racial discrimination is real despite whatever progress we’ve achieved, as this study shows. Location of study: Brisbane! – at Melbourne, Victoria
Economists sent people to board buses in Australia with no money. Drivers didn't favor their own race. They were 2x as likely to offer free rides to white than Black passengers. Wearing business or military attire reduced but didn't eliminate bias. academic.oup.com/ej/advance-…
