Most of the developed world never had guns in the first place. Nearly every mass shooting is happening in a place that bans guns. Unless you can go back in time and uninvent them, more guns in the hands of the right people is the only answer.

The reason it’s not that simple is that I don’t want my child’s life to depend on the presence of a good guy with a gun. In most of the developed world this isn’t an issue because… they ban guns.
