Good Morning from the Florida Panhandle!
Another week down! Friday is here, and a beautiful weekend waits!
Today will be our last 80 degree days for awhile, 70's next week ending with mid 60's for highs by this time next week. Some rain about this morning, and a lot of fairly dense fog.
USF Football tonight, and Lightning hockey Saturday AND Sunday! Going to be a good time for sure!
Should be done with a project for Monday morning in a couple hours.. and then hopefully no new projects till January! Time for the end of year slow down!
FINALLY back in my office, spending the morning at "Kiddie Jail" is never fun.
Now I can focus on watching the social media meltdown from Tuesday night.
Odd.. I don't feel angry, happy, sad.. I feel nothing at all.
Bad vs Bad = Bad.. Bad people won, Bad people lost.
The good were run out of both parties in 2015, or were pushed out since. All I have now is apathy as I watch the fire burn.. I wasn't wanted by either side, I refused to join either side, now I feel nothing as it comes crumbling down.
I want to feel something again, talked to my mom awhile last night.. she was all upset about how Trump was treated.. yet again.. and I felt.. nothing. I see people crying or angry on here.. nothing.
As a nation we wanted this, as a nation we have suffered, as a nation will will continue to suffer.

U.S. President Donald J. Trump told Politico earlier that he doesn’t want to have to veto everything for the next to years and as such, he is open to working with Democrats, following the Republican loss in yesterday’s elections. Per the president, he doesn’t want to blame any specific candidates as well for the widespread losses.

I think the takeaway from this election is that we need Don Jr. in 2032, and Baron in 2040. And the next grandson in 2048. I didn't see this coming until hours after Kalshi but I have it all figured out.
No new party, no new movement, no fresh faces, no fresh ideas. Obsess autistically over 1-2 issues and move to the next in line without any care in the world.
The very reason why we are in this position is the reason it will continue. Enjoy.

Good morning from the Florida Panhandle.
Woke up this morning to find the Democrats won the Senate to go with the House. Not a surprise. Florida looked to maybe go blue as well, late votes from the panhandle counties saved it, not a lot of votes overall over there, but they are very red votes. Seems to have barely made the difference.
Ammendment 3 passed, which is the real pearl for me.
Glad it's over, glad the ads will stop.. for awhile..
Now, back to Florida living! Win, lose, or draw I still live in the greatest state in America. No place I would rather live.
A little rainy today, warm tomorrow.. then cooler for next week.
Enjoy the first day post election! The craziness is over, back to focusing on what really matters, our actual lives.

Calling it a night. One left wing party crushed another. We don't have a single conservative trifecta in this country. But the good news is we didn't have one before today either. I didnt want this result and tried to warn about it for 18 months, but now that's it's here, there is a chance for creative destruction to finally build the right movement we never had and certainly don't have now.
