Are Web3 jobs really disappearing, or are we doing something wrong? Lately, I’ve been seeing many people complain about how difficult it is to get jobs in Web3. People are sending DMs, pitching projects, building portfolios, and trying their best, yet the results aren't coming. But what could actually be the problem? Is it that projects lack funding or founders aren't ready to hire? Or are we lacking the right skills, knowledge, and experience? Could it be our communication skills, the way we pitch ourselves, or how we approach founders and projects? Are we trying to sell our services without understanding the problems projects actually need to solve? Or has the Web3 job market simply become more competitive? I know the struggle is real for many people, and not every situation is within our control. But I believe there's a lot we can learn by having this conversation honestly. Let me explain something I've been thinking about. Imagine you discover a Solana token through a post on X. You open the chart. Check the price. Look at the market cap. Maybe you find a few more details and move on. But what if you want to understand the project beyond those numbers? Now you're jumping between different websites, searching for information, checking links, and trying to piece everything together. And if you return a few days later, you might have forgotten what you found the first time. The information might exist, but getting a clear picture of it can take work. That's the problem I kept in mind while exploring @ParallaxLauncHQ I wanted to understand not just what its tools could show me, but how they could help someone move from discovering a token to researching it properly.

One thing I've noticed about crypto: finding a token is easy, but Knowing what you're actually looking at is where the real work begins. You can find a token in seconds. But understanding its activity, researching the project, keeping track of what changes, and figuring out what the team is building? That's a different challenge.
