All in for 2 days. 18h each. no planning, no distractions. just relentless work/focus and see how far you get. you'd probably surprise yourself.

Note to myself: it's never been easier to acquire knowledge, but also never been easier to get distracted and spend your days getting nowhere. you know what you need to do, but you'd rather keep planning and studying how to do it than actually doing the work. just start. how you start isn't how you'll finish anyway. you'll figure things out and refine as you gain experience.

You can push yourself through a brutal workout, run for hours, do all the physically hard things. Yet still avoid a 5-minute uncomfortable conversation. Trading is no different. Being able to handle physical discomfort doesn't mean you can handle emotional discomfort.

Your next breakthrough might not come from learning something new, but from consistently executing what you already know.

50 days of silence starts now. You don’t transform by repeating what made you comfortable. If everything you trained for was comfort, why would discomfort ever feel natural? Silence. Work. Become.

Stocks have probably been where I’ve spent the most time this year Coming from crypto, they move painfully slow. But that’s also part of why I like them You have time to do the work, i trade sector rotations. Go through sectors. Use volume active! Look for what’s been dead. What people stopped caring about. What narrative could bring attention back. Then see if price is quietly building something before the story becomes obvious. That’s where Wyckoff gets really interesting in stocks. Right now these areas are interesting to me. Reactors / energy. AI biotech. Both fit late cycle. Reactor/Energy has underperformed this year, while the AI power problem keeps getting bigger. AI biotech is almost the opposite. Hard to price, easy to dream about. If that narrative catches, valuation can get stupid very fast. Moderna already gave the space its first real catalyst. $OKLO $SDGR few of the charts I’m watching VWAP + Volume profile 💆🏻

I mainly trade MTF/HTF That’s where I have built the strongest part of my game I have structure I trust my plan I can sit through noise without needing to touch everything This year I’ve spent a lot more time daytrading Nasdaq Not because I want to become a daytrader Because LTF brings out the worst in me Revenge overtrading breaking rules forcing entries wanting it back immediately after a stop For years I moved away from it because I didn’t really know how to fix it I tried willpower I have a lot of that But willpower runs out And when it runs out, you don’t fail small You fail big So now I treat the psychology the same way I treat a chart I map it The buildup the trigger what changed in my body what thought showed up what I wanted to do next what usually comes after I look for patterns in myself the same way I look for patterns in price And every time I get the thought that maybe I’ll never figure this out, I acknowledge that too That’s part of it The goal is to catch it earlier First after the damage Then during Then before That’s progress And one of the biggest things that makes the psychological side easier is real confidence in your strategy Not confidence because you told yourself you’re good Evidence Backtest it forward test it read charts save screenshots study them go back through them Do enough reps that you start seeing things before you can fully explain why That’s intuition And when you genuinely trust what you’re trading, psychology becomes a very different game If you don’t trust your edge, every stop feels like a threat If you do, it’s just another trade

I’ve read the old Market Wizards, the new ones, biographies, interviews, studies. There’s one thing that keeps showing up. Luck. Not luck as in sitting around waiting for something to happen. Luck as in staying in the game long enough to eventually run into something worth exploiting. And when they found it, they fucking went after it. Some made their fortune from an edge that later stopped working. They never really adapted after. Didn’t matter. The money was already made. Others kept changing and are still doing it. But almost none of these people had some perfect path. They got smoked. Looked stupid. Went through years where nothing suggested they would become who they became. They just didn’t leave. And almost all of them had a level of belief in themselves that would have looked delusional before the results showed up. That’s probably the part people underestimate most. You can’t control when opportunity shows up. You can control whether you’re still there when it does, whether you recognize it, and whether you have the balls to press it when you finally find it. one more thing I noticed. A lot of them started LTF, scalping. Living inside the market. Then once they made enough, they slowed down. HTF, swing positions, less screen time. less cortisol. more life. Because eventually the game changes. They realize the real asset was their time.

Fix your gap. I don’t care who you are on your best days. I care who shows up when it hurts. After the second loss. After the missed move. When you know you’re forcing it. When you break one small rule and feel the old version of you taking over. You cannot study your way out of this. You already know what you should do. The gap is between knowing it and being the person who actually does it when every part of you wants to do the opposite. That takes time. You change it by catching yourself there when you want to run away, where it is the most uncomfortable. Stop. What is this trying to tell me? Where do I feel it? Why do I need to act right now? And than you finish by accepting that you feel this way. Be fucking curious. Your best days show me what you know. Your worst days show me who you are. That’s the gap.

What’s one belief you need to kill before you can actually change? The belief that you’re supposed to feel ready. You’re not. You’ll never feel ready to risk real money. You’ll never feel ready to sit through 4 hours of chart time. You’ll never feel ready to delete the distractions, cut the subscriptions, or face the emptiness of your own discipline. Readiness is a lie your brain tells you to justify waiting. Here’s what actually happens: You start before you’re ready. You feel like an imposter. You fail. You adjust. You fail again. And somewhere in that repetition, without you noticing, the person you’re becoming replaces the person you were. The traders who make it? They didn’t wait until they “felt confident.” They built confidence by doing the thing that terrified them over and over until it became normal. You know what separates you from the person you want to be? Not skill. Not knowledge. Not even discipline. It’s the belief that transformation happens when you’re comfortable. It doesn’t. Transformation happens when you’re uncomfortable and you move anyway. Kill the need to feel ready. Start dirty. Start scared. Start now. Because the longer you wait for the “right moment,” the more you prove to yourself that you were never serious in the first place.

How about starting your day like this? - What did I avoid yesterday that I knew I should do? - What’s one uncomfortable truth I’m not facing? - If today was my only day to prove I’m serious, what would I do differently? Write it down Then do it

Planning the weeks ahead. bitcoin:native LTF we're building liq on both sides after the M1, inside what could become a larger HTF Wyckoff structure. what I’d like to see first is some euphoria into the positive catalysts, especially Crypto Act / Token2049. then if price starts slowly bleeding along the projected creek into the T-45 window of the midterm election, ΔP ↓ while ΔT ↑, that would be a very interesting setup for a later LPS around / after T0 and into T+45. from here im planning for both price actions. premium around T7 / Token2049 → look for LTF distribution before expansion lower. discount → look for accumulation / LPS, potentially becoming the LPS of the larger structure. chart shows 1 scenario

Two big catalysts, the postponed Crypto Clarity Act vote and the midterm election. I give the midterm the +1 for importance, so thats my T0. My plan is to look for LTF distributions around T-45, using the T7 around the crypto events / crypto clarity (feelings / hype), especially Token2049. Then look for a MTF accumulation forming the LPS in the T0 → T+90 in the POI. So the question is: do we get a boring ΔP ↓ ΔT ↑ on BTC without taking out the previous low? Or do we get the perfect powerful wick / spring down? I heavily lean on ΔT ↑ and boring PA. Thats the only way to break the most hodlers. They dont care about sharp price action, what they hold is spare, they have money. Everyone without money that used excessive leverage is already out of the game. So MMs most powerful tool here is time(pain). -BTC midterm sample Only 3 clean cycles (2014 / 2018 / 2022). Bearish signature in all of them: T+45 red every single time (avg ≈ −18%) the low of the ±90d window always printed after T0 (avg drawdown ≈ −37%) only 2022 back green by T+90 (+23%), FTX flush was the bottom The T-45 window is stacked with positive catalysts (hype and feelings), around 4 crypto events plus the Crypto Clarity Act vote and FOMC. These normally act as the fuel that builds a LTF distribution going into T0. That distribution is what sets up the bleed. Bleed runs through T0, it doesnt stop there. LPS/low prints after, in the T0 → T+90 pocket (2014 T+71, 2018 T+39, 2022 T+1). Thats where the potential LPS forms. -Where we are now 365 days between top and bottom, we are in that window. 144D between tap 1 (sc) and tap 3 (ST-B / spring). Multi year supply to demand area, potentially confirming this as strong supply. Sitting at the 4 year VAL of the entire price action. Wicked into the MTF POC of the accumulation built in 2024. -The inversion SPX runs its bullish midterm seasonality while BTC bleeds. Same window, opposite sign. BTC resolves it by making the low, not the high. If SPX makes high at T-45 i would be open for the opposite The ratio makes it cleaner. BTC/SPX gets hit from both sides, BTC down and SPX up in the same window. But the one I like most right now is ETH. Massive SMT with BTC, and thats what characterizes it as the stronger asset.
