And this is why we don’t wet the bed after a bad game. Quite beautiful at times today!
Nobody likes getting tumped 5-0 like this, but there’s some serious overreacting and revisionism going on. Chill out. Onto Saturday.

It’s fine. We don’t need nice things like a functioning public transport system.
1/2 Seems the budget was p**** poor for rail enhancements in Wales. £30M toward Parkway is welcome, but doesn't materially address the funding injustice (into £Bns & impacts WG health, education £) - also in the budget +£300m for Leeds station! FYI @SKinnock @RhunapIorwerth >

This game could end up literally anything. Absolutely calamitous at the back. Welsh is as bad as he’s been good for the rest of the season.

Defender caught with the ball again. Need to shake this habit.

How’s your luck eh Ronald. Finds some form and then this.
Vitor Matos has confirmed Ronald is set to be sidelined for six to eight weeks after suffering a hamstring injury. Team news 👉 swanseacity.club/3U5SB7v

Thoughts from today: Could have gone either way but didn’t create enough ultimately. Need to avoid being caught on the ball at the back. Stamenic particularly guilty today, cost one goal and almost another. Ronald at RB might be a thing. Yeo is fun. We’re in this!

HT Review: Caught out a couple of times in defence dwelling on the ball. Welsh wasn’t punished, Stamenic was. Nip and tuck until last 5 minutes. Think we’re missing some creativity in middle. Guess we’ll do our usual thing of scoring a couple early in the second half then …

Private credit targets clubs via lending against future player sales. Sounds scary, as it means the bankers and the suits will potentially have a say in transfer policy? giftarticle.ft.com/giftartic…

Today’s victory is exactly the sort that the teams who end up at the top earn. Not at our best, scratching for combinations and a bit of quality, but ground out the three points. Bodes better for the rest of the season than anything else to date!

HT Review: Scruffier than a season ticket holder in the Canton Stand. Typical post-international break fare. Need to grind something out here.

Just listened to the whole debate in the Senedd (Welsh Parliament). Very powerful. There was heavy cross-party support for retaining four regions, savage criticism of the WRU and accusations that many of the financial problems in the sport are the fault of the WRU itself, not the regions. Surely, no WRU board member or the CEO can stay in power having listened to the debate

The drop in quality off the bench is really the thing that kills us. Each sub has made us weaker. Not a slight on the players, it’s just what it is, especially with a few key players out.
