Ive just got back from my holiday which i had to fork out of my pocket again while i wait for my refund that should of been in weeks ago! Its an absolute disgrace and i want answers!!!!
Six and a half weeks since the last tweet and still haven’t received a penny from @KLM maybe its time to take some legal action??
Another 2 weeks have gone by and still not heard anything back from @KLM about my refund, sent refund codes but not even a reply! This is getting ridiculous now…
