Only in Nigeria will a politician make people poor and the poor will support him
ENDSARS LEKKI TOLL GATE: NEVER FORGET OCTOBER 20, 2020
Today, October 20, 2026, marks the sixth anniversary of the Lekki Toll Gate shootings, a painful reminder of the price Nigerian youths paid in their demand for a better country.
On that fateful night, peaceful #EndSARS protesters were met with gunfire. Lives were lost, many were injured, and the nation was left with questions about justice, accountability, and the sanctity of human life.
We must never forget. We must never normalise injustice.
As we remember the victims, I reaffirm my belief that a New Nigeria is possible—a country where citizens are protected, not brutalised; where young people are heard, not silenced; and where government power is exercised with responsibility and respect for human rights.
Nigeria must become a nation where no citizen is punished for demanding good governance and a better future.
May the souls of the departed continue to rest in peace. May their sacrifice strengthen our resolve to build a Nigeria where this tragedy will never be repeated.
A New Nigeria is POssible. A Nigeria where every life matters. -PO
sometimes all you need is just one sign, but when you keep waiting for more signs; you'll end up seeing wonders.
and you know what they say "wonders shall never end"

Replying to @rxendy
there's really no scenario in which Chris Hemsworth's Thor puts Henry Cavil's Superman in that position, also in the JLA/Avengers crossover comic, Superman wielded Mjölnir in the final battle.

He destroyed Landmark & people’s lives & businesses just to open up a coastal road that leads to his personal real estate development with Gilbert Chagoury. A very wicked soul.

“You cannot build a road on the coast from Lagos to Calabar. I mean, you can’t even go through Bayelsa. Bayelsa is swamp. Even Yenagoa, the capital, is swamp. You’ll probably have to build about 100 or 200 bridges to go through those swamps.”

When the questions don’t favour them they cause a scene
Sometimes asking people certain questions is not about getting a favorable response, but it's about closing the loop, so that in the future I won't have to deal with what if thoughts like "what if i asked?".
"bold and forward-thinking reforms have put our economy firmly on a path of sustainable growth" is such a bold and controversial statement, and everyone would agree. 😒
At a private dinner in Paris yesterday evening with His Excellency, President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, whose bold and forward-thinking reforms have put our economy firmly on a path of sustainable growth.
The results are increasingly evident top Nigerian companies now included on the FTSE Russell Frontier 50 Index, the NGX at historic highs, increased foreign direct investment and renewed economic confidence, a unified and more stable foreign exchange market, foreign reserves standing strong at about $55 billion, and so much more.
I remain proud of you, Mr. President! 🇳🇬

Did you know? Since Nigeria returned to democratic rule in 1999, President Tinubu is the first Nigerian president to miss the UN General Assembly for three consecutive years.
You have to have low self esteem to spend 380k to buy an iPhone XR disguised as iPhone 18. This generation is cooked.

Nonsense!!!
This is Xenophobia. Let the Chinese stay. You cannot cry about South Africans sending you out of their country, while you are sending the Chinese out of your own country.
