For those who were upset about President Trump’s endorsement of Netanyahu, one should remember the leader of the Democrats in Congress, Schumer as well as other Democratic officials in the Biden White House called to replace Netanyahu over and over again starting in 2024.

Portland’s Royal Sonesta: bought for $108.3M in 2016. Now reportedly sold for $6.83M for 220 rooms—just $31,000 per key. A staggering 93.7% price collapse.
This is what happens when government fails at public safety, downtown disorder spirals, Measure 110’s consequences go unaddressed, and Multnomah County’s mental-health system fails people in crisis.
Tourism doesn’t thrive where visitors feel unsafe and downtown businesses struggle to survive.
Portland didn’t get here by accident. Policy choices have consequences—and taxpayers, workers, businesses, and property owners are paying the price.

New: Texas judge who ordered Gov. Greg Abbott to let Gina Hinojosa review his unredacted communications with Elon Musk donated $500 to Hinojosa's campaign in June.
Judge Catherine Mauzy also gave to Hinojosa's Texas House campaign in 2016.

The ad may not be from the El-Sayed campaign, but its message - that we as a country are poorer specifically because of Israel - is indistinguishable from the message that many progressive Democrats around the country, including El-Sayed, have been running on. If there is any ratfucking, it’s that Cenk is saying the quiet part out loud.
Below is an interview with Zohran Mamdani from April 2025 and messaging from the website of incoming Democratic Congresswoman Darializa Avila Chevalier. It’s the same exact message as the commercial, in print form, without the eggs and bananas: You, yes you, are poor because we gave your money to the Jews.
These are candidates the party has embraced. The disingenuity is claiming that you can embrace the politician without embracing the message they ran on.

Taking the exit polls at their word, three options remain: new elections, a minority government or unity.
With neither bloc at the magic number in any exit poll, if no one can form a government, Israel goes back to the polls within 90 days, with Netanyahu as caretaker until then. As for a minority government, the prospects aren’t good: the change bloc plus the more moderate Ra’am comes to only 59 or 60 in most polls. That’s enough to beat Netanyahu’s 50 if the Joint List abstains, but it would leave the government dependent on an explicitly anti-Zionist party.
The final option, and one made more likely by tonight’s numbers, is unity. Likud and Yashar win 46 to 49 seats together, and 58 to 62 with former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett’s Beyachad. With the Arab path so fraught, this may be the road Netanyahu and Eisenkot end up taking, though it will be a bumpy one.

🚨BREAKING:
Vancouver-based mining company Western Star Inc @westernstarinc is directly funding a Russian psyop team targeting America & indirectly funding Russian drone manufacturing.
That team is linked to Tucker Carlson. Yes, I'm serious.
The company is sponsoring MKNE member Stanislav Krapivnik who is openly fundraising for Russian drones.
Tucker was listed on MKNE's media advisory board.
Krapivnik also does interviews with Tucker's Russia-linked and suspected honeypot friend, "Elizabeth Lane."
Western Star Inc. is funding Krapivnik's @YouTubeCreators @TeamYouTube videos.
Krapivnik uses his platform to raise money for arming Russia's Slavic Brigade with weaponry, particularly drones, so it can kill Ukrainians.
Isn't it worth asking @TeamYouTube and @westernstarinc why they are helping kill Ukrainians?
If you're reading this, are you willing to tag or otherwise contact the Treasury Department, specifically the Office of Foreign Assets Control?
🔥STOP being upset at something without taking simple actions to remedy it. Complaining is for losers.
Breaking: After @ryanmauro’s reporting on Russia’s new intelligence-linked propaganda organization, the International Club of National Unity (MKNE), FIR has learned that Stanislav Krapivnik—an MKNE member previously linked to fundraising for a Russian drone facility—has received a new sponsorship from a mining company with stakes in tungsten projects critical to U.S. and Canadian national defense.

This 👀 kicker. A Mongolian government spokesperson posted Don Trump Jr. discussed US relations and businesses opportunities. Then, the post was deleted, and Trump’s spokesperson said they just talked about the outdoors.
Wow. Financial Times reports that Trump Jr. went on a Mongolian hunting trip with the Russian businessman who financed his wedding party. The trip was in August, three months after the wedding. ft.com/content/f41fc704-c9e6…

Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev to Türkiye:
● “Double standards also reveal themselves when certain people try to tell you how you should live your life.
● Before taking such a step, one should look in the mirror and ask oneself this question: To what extent do you have the right to tell an independent country how it should live, what it should do, and what it shouldn’t do—to lecture it?
● We never do that. We focus on our own affairs and responsibilities. What happens in other countries is a matter for the people of those countries.
● This is not our business. We expect to be treated the same way, and we ensure that this is the case.
● Any form of disrespect toward us, unwarranted displays of superiority, and baseless notions that anyone could dictate terms to us have, up to now, been met with our resistance.
● They will continue to face our resolute stance from now on as well."

The New York Times, 24 years ago:
"A blunt new report by Arab intellectuals commissioned by the United Nations warns that Arab societies are being crippled by a lack of political freedom, the repression of women and an isolation from the world of ideas that stifles creativity.”
"The report notes that while oil income has transformed the landscapes of some Arab countries, the region remains 'richer than it is developed.' Per capita income growth has shrunk in the last 20 years to a level just above that of sub-Saharan Africa. Productivity is declining. Research and development are weak or nonexistent. Science and technology are dormant."
"Intellectuals flee a stultifying -- if not repressive -- political and social environment, it says.”
The study also reported that the Arab world translated only 330 books into Arabic annually — one-fifth the number of books translated in Greek. "In the 1,000 years since the reign of the Caliph Mamoun, it concludes, the Arabs have translated as many books as Spain translates in just one year.”

Shorter NYYRC, probably: "How dare they line their pockets? They should line our pockets!"
The NYGOP has given up. Most of us in NYC don’t even have a Republican to vote for. They’ve totally abdicated their responsibility to our city and to posterity in order to line their pockets.
They’re making deals with Democrats behind closed doors for a chance to pick at whatever scraps they throw at us, horse trading for judge candidates or putting up duds for the few legitimately viable seats that exist.
