It warms my heart that PA decided to bring Ace Combat Zero as a preorder bonus for 8, because that means a lot of ACZ fans can finally play their favorite game for the first time

Manchester United and thats what makes him able to get over all the loss in his life since his team desensitized him to that shit
Since Ghost is from Manchester, do u think he supports Manchester City or Manchester United?

my low hanging fruit checklist for code performance optimizations: - is it sequential? can we parallelize/make it concurrent? - can we increase concurrency? what is the trade-off? - how many passes is it doing? can we do it in fewer? - how many allocations is it doing? can we do fewer? - is it batching? how big are the batches? - is it batching? can/should we stream it? - are we awaiting too long? can we do stuff in the await? - can we early exit? - how many threads are we spawning? too many? too few? - are we using the right DSA? how is data stored in-mem? - how many i/o calls are we making? can we make less?

Its kinda funny how "Chud" went from "Cannibalistic Humanoid Underground Dwellers" to "Conservative" to "Loser" to "Something worthy of pity" to "something cute"

It's horrible what this franchise does to me. I've been clean for years, I don't want to give Assholevision-Blizzard any more of my money. But every time I see slop like this I start scratching like a crackhead. It's bad for me but 2019 MW is a dragon I've been chasing forever.
whoever is complaining about the #MW4 movement is just ass

i seriously hate babytrans culture so much, it genuinely feels so infantilizing & vile. inoculating people who need to learn makeup tips and how to dress into a cult of hugboxing is genuinely so damaging and will forever stunt their idea of femininity and ability to assimilate

System design in 6 lines: Slow reads → add a cache Slow writes → add a queue Too much traffic → load balancer DB struggling → read replicas Files → object storage + CDN Everything breaks → retries, timeouts, logs Start here. The rest is details.

If you’re a student or young developer, looking to stand out in a crowded job market, I’d recommend picking up a mid-size systems library or application (zlib, sudo, a TLS stack, sqlite, etc.), and re-write it in Lean. There’s going to be enormous demand for formal verification engineers, and right now basically nobody has experience. You could leapfrog into a senior positiob very quickly with a demonstrated “proof of work” in the field

My AI workflow recently: - open a chat with Claude - start writing spec of the thing I want - realize that writing code directly will be much faster than explaining it to an LLM - do the thing by hand Follow me for more AI tips

and it's not just juniors. if you don't code WITHOUT AI at least once a day you're cooked the skill fades way faster than you think you can cope all day with “oh but this is the future” but you are literally deleting the act of DEEP THINKING from your life. that's the one thing that made you worth at this prompting is not thinking. you are brain rotting and you don't even feel it you lie to yourself turn it off. write the thing by hand. or be replaced by the tool you're leaning on 😂
if you are a junior engineer and not writing absolutely every line of code by hand, and thinking out logic on a notebook you are absolutely cooked, just leave the industry now. your AI should only hint you "looking at your code, i think there is a better way to do it, you should read xyz article" type of responses are the only thing that the AI should do for you.
