In its first full cycle, miners' bitcoin covered the payment on the @Stacks Genesis Bond 17.9 times.
SIP-045 targets 2x. The bond paired 230 BTC with 3.57M STX.
ALT Bullet chart. Cycle 143's reward pool of 4.93 BTC covered the Genesis Bond's 0.28 BTC payment 17.9 times. With Bond 2's 505 BTC added, the same pool covers the scheduled payments 5.6 times. SIP-045's target is 2.0x, with a 1.5x floor.
