Evolution of Frozé = Frozzanté (invented here): Frozé topped with sparkling rosé (Domaine des Roy #LoireValley @LoireValleyWine) Dry wine, sweetened to 13° brix (decorate as necessary). Add bubbles (also dry) in the glass. Summer never tasted so good. @StageLeftNB @cathlombardi
