It wasn’t an upset. Notre Dame was favored.

John Elway was better than Joe Montana.

No, what is truly delusional is Chiefs fans who claim that wasn’t a false start at the end of the game.

Quinoa. Yay or nay? I'm serving it with dinner because I didn't realize my wife used the last of the rice the other night. I've never tried it.

New Heights Show discussing the false start penalty. Jason Kelsey: I'm going to go on record and say that this is definitely a penalty. Travis Kelsey: Yeah, he flinches. 11/4/2026

I'm genuinely a bit shaken by a call I've just had. My uncle is a senior official in the elections division of a battleground state. Won't say which one for obvious reasons. He called me about an hour ago. Apparently the turnout figures they're getting are so far outside their projections that they've spent most of the day checking for errors. He says he's spoken to people in three other states and they're seeing similar things. He's worked in government for over 30 years. Says he's never seen anything remotely like it. He thinks the Republicans could be heading for a sweep on a scale nobody has seriously considered. Not even the Trump campaign. But what really concerned me was what he said about the fallout. Apparently there's growing concern in government circles about what happens if Trump ends up with both chambers and a mandate far beyond anything markets or foreign governments have prepared for. He reckons it could trigger a genuine geopolitical crisis within days. European governments scrambling to reassess security arrangements, enormous uncertainty around trade and potentially serious disruption in financial markets. He said the conversations happening privately are considerably more alarming than anything being discussed publicly. I asked him what he was actually suggesting. He told me he'd moved a substantial amount of money out of US assets this morning and had advised his family to do the same. Then he asked whether my wife and I would be comfortable having his daughter stay with us in London for a few weeks. I assumed he meant over Christmas. He meant this weekend. I've been thinking about that conversation ever since.

Legendary Hall of Fame coach Dick Verneil talked about the false start against Jaylon Moore that doomed the #Chiefs against the #Broncos on @ArrowheadAllies

I know it’s against KC but can we all agree that’s a terrible call.. I mean wtf ref smh

“A lot of times, in those big moments, the little stuff doesn’t get called like that.” -Patrick Mahomes on the false start. Must be nice to get away with things like that so often you just expect it to not be called 😂

I guess I’m blind because I just don’t see it
