The modern (over-)obsession with right opinion is a telling symptom of our spiritual malady. A mixture of right theology and right worship produces right opinion, and still to an imperfect degree. The formation of the spiritual senses alters perception, and therefrom opinion.
The sophistication of an argument should never be a measure of its veracity, perhaps only of the interlocutor’s faculties. Veracity rests primarily on an argument’s ability to transform those who embody it.

A pervading struggle of Christian life is making sure our ‘good’ opinions are not ahead of our transformed selves. When the latter trails behind, we risk even the goodness already realized.
What a welcome during our new faculty orientation at @CaldwellUniv! Professionalism, warmth, zeal, and excellence in every way. And what's more, they really care. Very excited to work with such wonderful people, and looking forward to meeting our students next week. @ProfessorU
